Hello- New to the community and looking forward to being apart of it

Hello. My name is Jesse and Im new to the community of forums and IOPs. I actually have been doing research on looking for reliable sources and stuff for awhile and have logged numerous hours of searching and then reviewing etc etc.....im sure many of you can relate. Like many on here I have severe pain mostly back and neck as well as depression which runs in the family.  Being a bodybuilder (not professional or anything ) i have properly punished my joints and skeletal system far too much. Wish I had listend to good ol mom when she said your going to regret all that heavy lifting. .....when your young you dont listen. ....Anyway.  i have a lot of learning to do and i have learned and read a lot of things on here. Have already found some decent sources but I just want to read amd learn more before I take the plunge of ordering again online. I tried one time from a email source and of course i properly got ripped off! My fault for not doing the research.  Anyway,  I look forward to learning more and getting to know the good people of this community.  Any advice and or tips are always welcome.  Sorry for the long post.....im a talker too!
