hello everyone, just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am relieved to find a place that I can trust the folks around me. I'm operating with no insurance and things were looking bleak. Hope you all are well, and I look forward to speaking/learning from you all.

Pleased to meet you okgo, if you haven't already, have a look at the forum rules and the helpful info for new members thread, also the search tool is great too. Don't be afraid to ask a question if you get stuck though. We have great mods and a rather efficient admin, a great community you have become a part of!

Hello Ogko,

Nice to meet you and welcome to DBG. Things will be looking up for you in no time.

Thanks guys, I was/am a bit intimidated to try to figure out all the in's and outs. I thank you again for offering help. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions.

Welcome to DBG, Okgo. This is an awesome community. I rremember when I found it and they saved me a lot of $ and most of all, stress & worry. Take PTFC's advice and read the rules. Both 2earls and CatintheHat are both excellent moderators; they'll never give you a bum steer. Do a lot reading as this will answer many of your questions. A small donation (if you can afford it) will give you access to the Mex-SY thread. Depending on your reading preferences, you will find a wealth of information in all of the threads. Reading the first and last three pages of each thread should answer most of your questions. As you will find out, you have to take the initiative to do the reading.

Above all else, welcome to DBG. This is my primary forum for research.

If you have not done so yet, please read the rules and regs, and also read the thread entitled "helpful quoted information for new members" which is located in the same section as the introductions. There is a great deal of information there that you will need to know.

Again, welcome!  If you need anything, give me or 2earls a shout!

welcome aboard!

Thanks! I am a Honda mechanic hoping to open my own shop soon. Ok go is going to be the name for my shop....eventually.

For bikes? Okgo? I'm a Yamaha man myself, or I was up until a few years ago. But my first legal Road motorbike was a Honda CG125,  drums front and rear, probably still running somewhere now!

Drums front and rear?? Awesome! So I work on cars, and admittedly can't even ride a motorbike ...yet.

Yeah, I think they have a disc on the front wheel now though, they are really just learner/commuter bikes. Solid though.

  4. L @ Layne_Cobain: Big league chew was fire and crazy addictive I remember cause like you said it was so soft so always felt like you weren’t chewing on enough until you had the whole pack in your mouth looking like an ole baseball pitcher with a cheek full of chaw
  5. N @ necromedic: It was, indeed, and very soft. Would almost flow through your hands on a hot day.
  6. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: I'm trying to remember what the texture was like.. I know it came in a pouch like chewing tobacco. I remember it being cut up in strips like shredded chewing tobacco too, was that the case???
  7. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: That big league chew was fire tho fr!!
  8. shoutback @ shoutback: Great American boobs were actually great British boobs. Facts
  9. M @ meepmoopmeep: bro what is this shoutbox today 😭😭
  10. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Whatever happened to great American boobs. I miss those, too. I wasn’t allowed to fondle them as a kid, my parents were health conscious.
  11. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Bubblegum rack? Like, boobies?
  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
  13. xenxra xenxra: what do you mean "what happened to it"? it's sitting at the store on the bubblegum rack like it always has
  14. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: What happened to Big League Chew? That was some mighty fine chewing gum. I personally never had any, but I think of it often.
  15. O @ oh be g: Pumpkin, any luck?
  16. Pumpkin @ Pumpkin: Looking for seasoned DBG sponsors with experience sedating horses to message me about the substance that you use and its sourcing on the CNM 🤩
  17. Dr-Octagon @ Dr-Octagon: Rando noob lurker here
  18. Thoth @ Thoth: Happy Vet’s day to every one out there protecting our beautiful country!
  19. DougBreyers @ DougBreyers: @xenxra Yeah, and then you went right up to the conductor's quarter and stuck your stinky feet in his face. Could have waited until the train made a complete stop, BUT NOOOOOO
  20. Hankhill @ Hankhill: Happy veterans day to all the vets. I have much respect for those who served, thank you for your service.
