What an interesting find this has been for me.  I've been lurking around and wasn't sure where to start but, I guess here's this place... hello and I hope you are all well! Never done anything like this before to be honest, so I'm a bit nervous but also kind of excited. I look forward to learning more.

 
Hi @conyisle it's great to hear your enthusiasm. I apologize for the late "welcome", but that doesn't mean we are not as enthusiastic as you to have you join us. This was the first forum I ever joined and somehow I just never left lol. Don't be nervous!

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
