Very little background, been a mag subscriber of the health and wellness industry for over a decade. I realized since I enjoyed reading fitness magazines perhaps I could also find some of my other mags just as easily and cut through some of the lack lusterness.

Oh their is plenty on some other boards, I'm at a point of my life were trt from the dr is ok. But I still check in. Def risks for sure, I wouldn't recommend it if you were trying to be a professional.

I was lucky, I'm on the lower side after many no pct leaps. My doc does optimization. I just don't feel like dealing with it tbh. I would in fact and could according to what I put up but I'm getting old. Can't get fat, I think I need more self-care oriented activities at this stage.

Of course I miss it but I got a bit outta whack. Rbc was stupid high. Went into afib for a few days. They were gonna make me ride the lightning.

These tariffs/supply chain issues are causing them not to receive product due to seizure/denial. At a certain point they gotta get there money somewhere. Just be careful who you buy from y'all
