I have my Coinbase acct established with money and a Blockchain act. Trying to transfer money so I can make a donation. When I enter the bitcoin address of my Blockchain account I keep getting an error message that says enter a valid bitcoin address or email. Obviously I'm doing something wrong and don't know what I'm doing. Please help with instructions on how to do this (explain like I'm a dummy please).

Thank you

@2earls

I'm as big a dummy as you so let's tag a couple members who are more well informed than myself such as @PTFC and @Natty or of course anyone else who can help please chime in.

I have been studying up a bit myself and I did want to post that everyone should be getting a private wallet as coinbase can be a problem with DBG as a couple members have pointed out to me recently. I see blockchain is pretty well reviewed and claims to be easy to use so I hope there is a easy explanation like it doesn't recognize the account for a certain period of time or something.

Anyone??

I know that some services are being suspended until the fork that is going to occur on 8-1-17. A lot of confusion surrounds this topic. Ill be doing a bit of reading up on this today.

Thanks @Natty. I will look forward to hearing if you learn anything informative.

I finally got Coinbase to transfer money, it did take 2 days as they are upgrading on 8/1. Now I think Blockchain has sent my donation.  Thanks!

Coinbase was also bogged down due to transaction amounts before the fork. Some exchanges and wallets were doing a 1:1 split for BCC and BTC. Coinbase shut down until segwit activated and the fork stabilized.

  2. L @ Layne_Cobain: Big league chew was fire and crazy addictive I remember cause like you said it was so soft so always felt like you weren’t chewing on enough until you had the whole pack in your mouth looking like an ole baseball pitcher with a cheek full of chaw
  3. N @ necromedic: It was, indeed, and very soft. Would almost flow through your hands on a hot day.
  4. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: I'm trying to remember what the texture was like.. I know it came in a pouch like chewing tobacco. I remember it being cut up in strips like shredded chewing tobacco too, was that the case???
  5. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: That big league chew was fire tho fr!!

  8. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Whatever happened to great American boobs. I miss those, too. I wasn’t allowed to fondle them as a kid, my parents were health conscious.
  9. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Bubblegum rack? Like, boobies?
  10. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
  11. xenxra @ xenxra: what do you mean "what happened to it"? it's sitting at the store on the bubblegum rack like it always has
  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: What happened to Big League Chew? That was some mighty fine chewing gum. I personally never had any, but I think of it often.
