I came here in search of an aide in my 5-6 day cold turkey of a 3-6g daily phenibut habit (my username is a clue to why I ended up here). 

I found help, not here, per se, but through sleuthing via info absorbed here. So I'm introducing myself and expressing gratitude for thisnsite's existence. Otherwise my life may have changed drastically for the WORSE.

Im confused as to the topic of this thread,and its content.did the poster name this thread,or is this an example.just wondering as by the thread,i was anticipating an interesting thread.hope this post doesnt annoy anyone.im new here,but intend to be thouroghly read on site etiquitte,and be an active member of community
