Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm new too, but have learned my way around the forum, and you will too. Hit the rules and new member information. There are some good people here, and you will find lots of useful information.

So it seems 'm not having any luck with my painkiller. I'm not sure what do do next. Anyone got any ideas?

You are in rather a tough place. I think you can use Starlite for a couple things and maybe a couple email vendors will deliver your way, but it requires a small donation to get to them.
