Hello everyone, and to all the admins as well...   I haven't been on in a while but now that summer is winding down and I don't have to be outdoors most of the time I'll have more time to spend online and I'll be reading the forum posts here more as well.  I just put a donation in for this site, and I would encourage  each of you to do the same.  I personally know what it  takes to run a site as I own and operated a small chat room for anxiety  stress and depression,  for many years.   My costs all came out of my own pocket, I was not supported by users but I did to benefit those who dealt with those issues as  I had to battle with anxiety and depression years ago before there was any internet and it was hard to find support groups.  I recently re-opened the chat site, and it's sitting idle at this time, and I assume this is because so many people have groups on Facebook etc.  Our chat was a small group of about 20 to 30 users but they could chat with one another 24/7 if they had to or needed a shoulder to lean on. I even went to the extent  of having web cam options so they could see each other in the chat if so desired, but in a short time I realized the video cost was more than I could afford to give when not many used it.  But anyhow, I hope to get the chat room back in swing again.   I hope all of you here are doing well,  I live in the US and have been enjoying summer time as I am retired and do not have to participate in that 4 letter ugly word known as work,  I put in my 40 years of service and I feel I deserve a bit of R & R now that I am older.  But retirement does require that you keep busy and have a hobby or do things you enjoy to keep active.

So here I am back again and I'm going to read up and hopefully catch up on what's been going on while I've been away.     Take care, and God Bless,  I hope you're all in good health....

Nicholas,

Welcome back Nicholas, I'm glad you enjoyed your summer and thanks for your donation. We always hope to be here for regular users, or when they return from taking time off, and donations make that possible.

Welcome.

I hope retirement is working for you and you keep busy. It's really hard to be busy with work, then it goes away. hope you find some new friends on the site

take care!

  9. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: whereas if I use fiat to buy something the money is green anyway. Monero does this really well. Anyway rant over, you can DM me if you'd like to talk more about cryptos.
  10. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: I don't really think that people understand the whole point of cryptos in the first place anymore. BTC just won't be adopted by governments because the transactions are too public and what's worse, money that is freshly minted is better than money that has been used. Like if my btc was used for something that was illegal does that mean the money is "poisoned"?
  11. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: @xenxra Yeah, Like I said I've never really been that fond of btc, it isn't used as a currency, just as a place for people to invest money in, even though the whole purpose of btc was to be a currency. If it doesn't fulfill that role, what does? Monero certainly does.
  12. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: What's good guys! Just got back home. Missing football today :( Fuck the probowl lol

  14. S @ sawganaut: I bet btc bottom is in
  15. D @ dragnetopher: No, I don’t think it. I know it. And it’s not just bitcoin, it’s all crypto. And like I said, they’re selling to acquire liquidity for when countries truly start utilizing what’s been set in place. The USD is under controlled demolition as we speak. This is all part of it.
  16. xenxra @ xenxra: there is no shortage of whales - https://tikolu.net/i/fmnru.png
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: tokenisation is not a plan its already been happening for months, ive been trading this whole move on silver through ethereum
  18. xenxra @ xenxra: you think whales are dumping bitcoin because of something everyone has known about for like 4 years? what does bitcoin liquidity have to do with trading tokenized assets? they don't have pooled liquidity.
  19. D @ dragnetopher: Whales are tanking BTC due to the fact that the future is coming now, literally. There’s a plan to tokenize every single asset possible. This is whales dumping so they can have liquidity for the Springtime.
  20. xenxra @ xenxra: @Gulp2788 this is a terrible spot to buy bitcoin haphazardly because it's going down another $5k -$7k if 80,000 doesn't hold. i told everyone to get the fuck out of bitcoin at $103k. it's better to buy late when the bottom is more certain than throw darts and act like the opposite outcome was unavoidable just because it went down "a lot" and everyone seems to be "freaking out". wait for it to get back over 85k
