How can you manage your family life with your training and business / work?

I get up at 5 am  to handle pertintent business. Train from 530-645. I am home in time to help my parents out, take care of my dogs then go about my regular business day. 
 

some night we have exceptions  

 
I don't do this all the time, but last night I worked all night till 11 am and slept for 2 hours.  I met my work deadline, but am still at my desk again.  If only we didn't have to eat and sleep, life would be so easy.
