Same here,im at the point if your read my other post where id need simillar doses to get trough the day.I could easily kick habbit of taking any benzos,but the problem is in every day life,in other words my brain are so sensitive to any stress that simple conversations or closed envronments can send me into panic mode,its like being a child and suddenly you feel lost from your parents or left alone.Gave this example because in my childhood years being 3-7 y old i experienced such panic attacks or fobias at least twice.But these things are behind and whats troubling me now is my teenage years where i experienced bullying,lack of friends,intimacy,and being outcast or shy in groups,to this day i wake up most mornings like i would be 16 again with hatred about how i could of changed my life back then or acted differently,its hard to explain this pain,anger which adds to everyday life and yet im still afraid to stand up for myself /default_sad.png sorry for my off topic rant.

I can relate with you about everything you had to say. You're not alone, my friend. For the most part, we are in the same boat. No shit.

 
Well i guess some of us are meant to take the most difficult path in our lives,gl to you slammer aswell.

 
On a normal day, I'll take 6mg of alp. If Im on vacation and want to relax or if im extra stressed, I'll take 8-10mg. Used to take a lot more, but I was just too tired all the time

His store policy can either fill nobody’s and violate contracts with health/drug insurance plans or fill everyone who presents with no clinical suspicion of harm or diversion on an individual basis.
