How often can I take 7oh without getting hooked?

I got off of a very bad 7oh addiction a couple months ago. I sought help and I was put on 32mg of suboxone by my doctor, and I tapered myself off in about a month without letting my doctor know. The withdrawals were horrible and now I am just taking powdered kratom. I experienced being on methadone for years which fuckin sucked and had to do ibogaine to get off of it. And I do not want to be and cannot be on Suboxone because I have to go back home to my homeland of the Philippines where there is no Suboxone or any type of opioids.
I found $450 worth of 30mg 7oh tablets hidden in my room that I didn’t know was there. Probably blacked out on xans. Being the addict that I am, my dumb ass just took two 7oh tablets right now, smh. I know I should flush these down the toilet but damn, it’s worth $450, and life is a bitch and I’m going through so much out here in the US and I would like to relax once in a while.
How often can I take 7oh without getting addicted? I am sure I have the will power to not take it every day like before because I need to go back home to my country. Unfortunately I am stuck out here in the US fighting a case. Hopefully I can go back home soon where there are no opioids (my drug of choice) where I flourish. Within a week of coming to the US I relapsed on tar and coca cola. I told myself I wasn’t going to relapse whatsoever before I came out here but that’s addiction for you, smh.

Ended up taking 600mg of 7oh altogether last night. I just woke up and feel like shit with a big ass headache and pissed my pants smh
