How To Reconstitute hCG (Step-by-step guide w/Pictures!)

hCG is a peptide which is bought in powdered form. In order to inject this compound, it must be reconstituted through the use of either sterile water or bacteriostatic water. Both are acceptable re-constitutional ingredients, however the use of sterile water will see the hCG degrade at a faster rate than bacteriostatic water.

Preface
Assuming your vial of hCG is vacuum sealed (as many are), when you reconstitutie the hCG, withdraw your sterile water/bacteriostatic water then firmly hold the plunger of the syringe as you insert it through the stopper of the hCG vial. Don't let it suck the water from your pin. Turn the vial at a slight angle and slowly drip water down the side of the vial being sure not to shoot water directly at the powder. Your hCG should melt, if it fizzes up you've possibly just damaged the hormone. Do not shake the hCG, instead lightly swirl it and store it in a fridge and use for upto 30-40 days

Ingredients
1 x hCG Vial
Sterile Water or Bacteriostatic Water
1 x 1ml 29g 1/2" Needle (Insulin Needle)
Alcohol Swabs

Dosages
Working out dosages for hCG is simple.

+) If you have 5,000IU hCG in the vial, and 20ml of sterile/bacteriostatic water, reconstituting this will create 250IU/ml.

+) If you have 5,000IU hCG in the vial, and 10ml of sterile/bacteriostatic water, reconstituting this will create 500IU/ml.

+) If you have 5,000IU hCG in the vial, and 5ml of sterile/bacteriostatic water, reconstituting this will create 1,000IU/ml.

+) If you have 5,000IU hCG in the vial, and 2ml of sterile/bacteriostatic water, reconstituting this will create 2,500IU/ml.

+) If you have 5,000IU hCG in the vial, and 1ml of sterile/bacteriostatic water, reconstituting this will create 5,000IU/ml.

Step 1
Take the cap off the hCG vial, so that it is ready to be swabbed by an alcohol pad.

Step 2
Prepare Insulin Needle (1 x 1ml 29g 1/2" Needle).

Step 3
Use an alcohol swab to wipe the top of the hCG vial.

Step 4
Prepare Sterile Water/Bacteriostatic (Sterile water in this case) ampoule and identify cracking point.

Step 5
Crack ampoule.

Step 6
Withdraw water from the sterile water ampoule.

image_1359756041458836.jpg

Step 7
Inject sterile water into the hCG vial, slowly and ensure the water does not come in direct contact with the powder, instead inject so that the water falls onto the side of the vial and hits the glass before it comes into contact with the powder - hCG alongside all peptides are very sensitive compounds.

Be very careful that there is no vacuum from the difference in pressure with the atmosphere and the pressure within the vial. To combat this, inject the amount (ml) into the vial before withdrawing that same amount (ml).

Step 8
Now either store the hCG in the fridge ready for consumption or inject subcutaneously).

Happy Birthday, here's a like! ;)

It was upon our understanding that HCG is not as sensitive during reconstitution as HGH and as much care doesn't have to be taken but always its better to be safe than sorry.

Also to add that using sterile water will hold it for 48hrs in our experience. Bacteriostatic water needs to used to hold it for a calendar month.

Anything else not required can be frozen.

What Chinese generic are you using?

That's why I need you too bro, your knowledge is crucial. I'm currently not using HCG. These were taken a good while back while I was helping a buddy of mine. Do you rate the Chinese generics?

I thought you could get HCG in liquid form? Was I wrong? Can anyone LMK wheRe to go for HCG? (IF it comes already liquid, prefer that!) Need 10,000 iu each and need 3-4 to start. Using for fertility not steroid.

It comes in both freeze dried and pe mixed. Either reconstitution is fine although liquid will degrade much quicker and be rendered useless if bacteriostatic water is not used after the 24hr period. We would also suggest looking into clomifene citrate for fertility as well as HMG.

As mentioned on our other thread a small contribution to the board is well worth it for the contacts and information that it opens up.

Drugbuyersguide Shoutbox
  1. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Well sorry if I bother anyone with my sports talk :) much love to all. Happy holidays.
  2. Gracie5 @ Gracie5: Shout box is for sports, hey, Happy Thanksgiving. It’s not for those other things people like to bring up. Please use or start a thread in the appropriate place.
  3. L @ LW815: Better to push other worse discussions out of sight IMO and see random sport shit, but also kinda makes it hard to have that content removed if need be. I don’t know how to view the entire shoutbox recent history but I know it’s possible lol so it’s both a good and bad thing tbh
  4. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: exactly
  5. L @ LW815: I agree @Ketmaster but their lengthy sport discussions usually tend to happen at convenient times, like when somebody is talking about or asking things that the shoutbox also isn’t meant for(that are worse than random sport talks)
  6. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: I appreciate the good vibes but I agree sports stuff should like be in a thread or PM or something, not a sports guy so it is kinda like wtf is happening people are messaging each other in a shoutbox
  7. T @ timyboy: Where is the guy with the BTC predictions?
  8. F @ Floaty: like them using the shout box tbh, its appreciated good vibes. Not sure if the box has another purpose seems like its the correct use though
  9. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: @Layne_Cobain Yeah I'll start a thread for us in the Sports section later this morning.
  10. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: @Layne_Cobain Yeah I hated Canales' playcalling. Run the ball. That's what 9ers did since they knew it'd be that type of game. But at the same time, the panthers have a young core, and that was their biggest game in years lol. I understand MNF throwing off the passing game sync and shit just from being hyped up.
  11. L @ luquitoad: Yall should start a sports thread and keep it out of the shoutbox..... just a suggestion .
  12. L @ Layne_Cobain: I don’t think we’ll be in prime time again anytime soon 😂
  13. L @ Layne_Cobain: What a horrific game @tiquanunderwood seeiously embarrassing. Defense did their job Bryce the offense and Canales play calling has been atrocious
  14. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: @Layne_Cobain legoooo panthers babbyyyyy
  15. L @ Layne_Cobain: Congrats!!! @tiquanunderwood 5 in a row to climb back into it is amazing… and @MCAJB6122 I agree 💯did not see that coming. Can’t recall the last time there was this much parity across the league it’s insane
  16. M @ MCAJB6122: Chicago at 8-3 has to be the surprise of the season so far
  17. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Tied for 1st in the North! Chicago beat Pitt. Leggooo
  18. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: @Layne_Cobain yeah we look ugly on offense. but hopefully we continue to pull it out. Me too man Go Panthers !
  19. L @ Layne_Cobain: @tiquanunderwood good luck today against gang green buddy…can’t wait for MNF
  20. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Hope everyone enjoys football sunday!
