My one and only attempt of making an order got declined by my bank back in August. 

Do you think they removed my account for a declined payment?

I sent them a message. I don't know if I should create another account.

You likely just need to re-register.  They delete accounts to clear space for new customers if you don't order at least every 2 months.  Or login at least every couple of weeks, IIRC.

You likely just need to re-register.  They delete accounts to clear space for new customers if you don't order at least every 2 months.  Or login at least every couple of weeks, IIRC.  

I logged in only a couple of days before they deactivated my account.  When I emailed them, they told me accounts are automatically deactivated 8 weeks after your last order date (not receipt) or 2 weeks after registering and not placing an order.

The good news is after reregistering, my account was working again within 24 hours.

Think my last order took about 5 working days, I was quite impressed.

I've never had a problem with my CC and card-not-present foreign transactions (perhaps my bank doesn't have a fraud dept?!? /default_ohmy.png )  That said, a friend has had problems with his MBNA affinity card.  Use a high street bank CC if you have one.

I'm from the South, but not Cardiff.  /default_rolleyes.gif

Im going to be using a Barclays debit card so fingers crossed it all goes smoothly and I will of found my #1 choice IOP. 29 bucks for 90 moggies! Amazing price, Unless Ive bought in bulk Ive never seen prices like that on that particular BZD.  /default_ohmy.png  Gonna try their Betapam too.

I have ordered it and found it to be very nice quality. It arrived as a "sterile" liquid but I used it nasally, IYKWIM. I'm pretty sure this information isn't off limits, if someone knows it is please report it so it can be removed asap. Thanks in advance.

For that product I'd go with SDS or, if you want a large amount, check the email sources. The price just doesn't reflect the quality imo. If you want to try a few as a sample with other stuff then I can't blame you. The insurance is offered at the end of the checkout process for US customers only.

Edit: The insurance is about 20% of the cost of what you order. Getting them from SDS for around 50 cents is a much  better choice, for best price look in email only section. What they ship is 6-7 out of 10, with a pretty large minimum. More info is on the thread.

Thank you HT! I've useed SDS and was 100 percent satisfied. I'm waiting to see if their hub support has another way to try to process my CC which doesn't work online (regular VISA or my prepaid!). Bank fraud dept says no blockage on foreign transactions, I even gave them the country and "state" info. Guess I may eventuallt try echeck.
