Thanks for the heads up, jtdeity, about the fact that you bought insurance and they are still ignoring your messages. I also am part of the 4/24 missing package club and I did not buy insurance, but I have messaged them and they are ignoring me as well. I was even going to chalk the $200 loss up to the game, and reorder with insurance this time, but since I read that they aren't even replying to you I think I will NOT. What horrible customer service. Time to move on I guess. Damnit.
