Just a 7/11 Club Member Update.  No sign of anything or an LL.  I was completely unaware of the 4/24 Club!  So, I went back and checked and the closest thing I had was an 4/18 order that came through just fine.  Out of 18 orders I've had two: a 2/25 that never arrived and, of course, the infamous 7/11s!  I'll check back from time to time.  Who knows?  I might get the 2/25?  It's all part of the game and we all know the rules with TT so I can't blame them as I believe they mailed it because of all the other orders.  If it really bothers anyone they do offer insurance or there are other vendors.  I have just been really pleased with the ad c@ Bees so I take a chance every now and again!  To my fellow members....good luck to us all!!

 
Anyone get an order that was shipped on 8/28 yet? I know it's still early, but it always makes me feel better when I see someone else has. /default_wink.png

I am so bloody envious of those of you in the US and abroad who seem to have zero trouble receiving from TTM and within an outstanding time frame. I am from Australia (anybody else, would love to discuss other avenues via PM) I have been ordering with TTM for around 2-3 years  very very periodically with around a 50% strike rate. They are so cheap that I only make smaller orders in which I can afford to lose the $ but just recently I became desperate after running out of benz0s and placed two orders one week apart and have received nothing. So will have to pass up on this site now as I feel stupid throwing my money away for a 50% strake rate anyway, but damn, I wish our customs weren't so onto it. As I have received many many letters in the exact same  format as TTM I can only put it down to the country of origin as to why my letters seem to get snapped up every-time I order from here? It's so strange that I receive others but not theirs? Do you think country of origin plays a role in receiving and not receiving despite the method used when sending? I'm really curious, or can customs put some kind of recognition block on your name/address when letters are being delivered from one particular place? I just can't wrap my head around it as to why this is virtually the only IOP who I've received LL's from in exchange for my letters. Anybody have any ideas/insight for me as to why that is?

I'm a bit concerned because this is my first time ordering from them and don't know what to expect.

Sassygirl, log into your account on their website and you'll be able to see an invoice. They normally email the order confirmation number and the invoice, but im not sure how long after the order gets placed that comes.

If you're really worried just send them an email, the CS is top notch.

 
Mine was shipped on the 29th so hopefully mine will be here today or tomorrow I'm in SE

Well I was waiting for confirmation, and I got it! My first order was yesterday 9/4, they shipped it today 9/5 , TBC..... It seems West Coast is about 5 days and I'm East Coast so maybe a little long. I'll keep you posted!!

 
I am thinking TT will be my first dive in, US seems not to have much problems and there prices are good.

Ya it happens sometimes. But ya log into your TTM account and look under my account and it should say what step your order is in. I didnt receive an email confirmation once but on their website it said my order was mailed and everything so.. I did end up emailing them and they said those confirmation emails go out automatically as your order goes through the shipping process, so be sure to check junk/spam folders, and they said it also helps to add them to your contacts.

I though it would come today, but it didn't.  Its so disappointing when you walk up to that mail box and your pretty sure its the day it should be here, and then...NOTHING! Ugh its the worst feeling in the world. I'm praying it comes tomorrow so I don't have to wait til Monday..

 
I'm sure you will get it soon. In in Canada and we don't get mail on weekends. We have to wait until Monday. That sucks. Anyway good luck. I ordered Sept 2 so I won't get mine till next week anyway. But I know the feeling when you look in the mailbox and you don't see it. Bad feeling.
