Ive heard nothing but posative things about ttm all over this forum. I cant wait till this strike is over so I can order.

I'm sure glad I got mine before this postal strike.

Funny thing is I happened to have ordered twice the amount I normally buy.

Lucky me.

I must have some sort of psychic foresight!

I'll let you know if my new found clairvoyance tells me when the strike will end.  /default_biggrin.png

Well I don't know about that.

TTM is great, definitely my favorite vendor but they do have some negative feedback on certain products.

Be sure to find info on the specific items you're interested in before buying!

I'm ready to see if anyone who had one mailed on the 15th gets theirs

I could be mistaken but I believe that having a photo of a torched mail van in one of the strike stories is not a good sign for us.

Just for the record I have a package mailed on the 15 so I feel everyone's pain.

i received a response from ttm overnight indicating that they can't be certain but they are informed that orders sent out on or before 9/15 should be ok but maybe a little slow. i did not inquire about post 9/15 orders.

I'm about to go postal if this strike doesn't end soon. I've been so happy to get love letters from ttm for 2 years now. This is starting together depressing, I had a good thing going. Meh, feeling super bummed now. Has anyone messaged vendor about refunds. I ordered on the 16th then after cc was excepted I got the devastating news about the strike.

You like getting love letters? Lol!

Has anyone messaged vendor about refunds.
I have just submitted a message to them telling them that i hope the strike ends soon for them and for their customers and asked politely for a refund on my order. I will update as soon as i hear back from them.

Under their Policies it states:

"Refunds
Refunds are not possible once an order has been shipped. Should for any reason you be unhappy with your purchase, this does not entitle you to a refund, any more than it would with your local pharmacy or doctor. If you are unable to accept this condition of sale, please do not order from us."

If your status is in a CC Authorized state as mine is then technically we should be eligible for a refund according to their policy.

You are correct, it says once an order has been shipped refunds are not possible. Yours has not been shipped, right? If so then simply ask for a charge back. It may prevent you from ordering in the future, but they can't dispute it if the order has not been shipped.

Correct, It has not been shipped yet. Just says CC Authorized. In my message to them i stated that i hope the strike ends soon for their business and for their customers. I also stated that i looked forward to doing business with them again when all of this clears up.... SO... Hopefully they will allow future orders from me after the smoke has cleared as they are my favorite IOP. Until then ... Jim is gonna be the man. /default_smile.png haha

If your order got shipped no refund, My friend ordered the 16th, I told him to ask for a refund, and they did not hesitate to give him a refund, if I had the extra cash, I would just let it set because you it will come, but it I could not afford to wait then o'yes I would ask them for a refund, they understand those men are human to. Good luck every one!!!

I think I'm going to be loyal as I have been and give it 2 weeks before I ask for a refund. TTM has always been good to me so I suppose I can return the favor and wait this out for a while because I'm sure they are hurting from this strike from a business stand point. Just going to have to find another vendor that would be close as possible as good as ttm as far as shipping times and pricing in the mean time. If anyone knows the next best thing PM me!

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: y'all
  2. D @ drdso: It's scary now fr. I'm guessing we're gonna see a lot of exit scammers for former "reputable" veteran vendors. These tariffs/supply chain issues are causing them not to receive product due to seizure/denial. At a certain point they gotta get there money somewhere. Just be careful who you buy from y'all
  3. T @ timyboy: How ya'll doin
  4. D @ dichlorodavid: Ah thanks for the clarity on the strike. I wasnt aware that this is cont'd from the 2024 strike. Hope they reach terms this time (quickly!)

  10. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is really annoying\
  11. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  12. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
  13. Z @ zdaBa: Happy Saturday, love you all <3

  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @LW815 from my experience, CP strikes usually tend to leave the snails alone
  18. xenxra @ xenxra: I hardly knew her!
  19. C @ Callmejonah: methadone
  20. LW815 @ LW815: @Alkazar would that effect snail mail arriving to the US from CA in any impactful way?
