We are lead to believe that orders mailed on 15/Sept where not processed by the post office until around the 25th which means that at this point they have only been in transit for 2 weeks. Hopefully they will start arriving during the course of next week.
I don't blame anyone for not ordering yet, but at least you can place small orders.  I decided to pull the trigger anyway.

This type of problem has not happened to TTM is the last couple of years. Before that I was not here.

The important thing is for each of use to decide how we feel about it and hang on or bale or whatever.

And pokey I agree, I  feel for those who needed the meds for serious health issues.

Last year at Xmas time the reason for the delays was different but still affected people the same. People had no  last minute alternative sources since it was a surprise event.

My point is between Xmas 2013 and this recent event with TTM everyone should really plan ahead. There is going to be a big ordering demand anyway since it is the holidays. I believe there are enough options here to be able to make sure people have what they need if they plan ahead. So please everyone starting planning now. By Thanksgiving the whole shipping industry will be clogged with volume and there also maybe be stock outs of products people need.

Nothing wrong with that saucer, low risk high return.

And yes Henry we all have to decide but I feel, and I'm going to chance it, to place a small order at TTM even now cause I personally feel it is worth the risk.

And who knows things may get  even crazier as we get into Nov and early Dec.

Im definitely going to give ttm another shot. Ive heard nuthing but good things about them. I think they are worth it and deserve another chance knowing that this mail situation is NOT their fault.

I'll give TTM another shot once those orders start flowing in for others. Given that they don't reship orders, all orders will be small.

Wobbly, it was reported a 9/23 letter shipped was seized.  I also have a letter shipped that date, and I'm worried because TTM states that if one letter is seized on any given day than all are.  BUT, even though it was "mailed" 9/23 doesn't mean it technically left the country of origin because of the mess over there.  The seizure happened to someone in the Pacific NW and they have already been notified.
I'm not in the USA so that would not affect me. Doesn't mean the customs in my country has not stopped it, but I've no idea one way or another atm.

Hopefully it will arrive soon: once it's on a plane to me it should not take long as its in my country's postal services hands then, and they have not  taken long before.

If it remains a no show I'll have to hope its still sitting in the backlog pile for the moment waiting to get airborne (would obviously prefer a longer wait than a seizure).

All I can do is wait & see, and will have to shop about in the mean time for a back-up source (gonna be running uncomfortably low in a couple of weeks so it looks like I will need to seek an alternative).

It's up to each one of us but considering the situation that Xmas is not far way, I feel a small order is definitely worth the risk. I'm not just telling everyone to do it, I'm going to try as well.

As a matter of fact I placed an order yesterday and my CC company declined it. I'm not too worried because it happened once or twice before and in fact they called me a few times to inquire about the charge and if it was valid. I said yes I authorized it and it was processed immediately without any further questions or suspicions. But that's my CC company. I don' t want to rattle anyone else over this.

I still have hope for my ttm order but have already backed up with two other vendors and getting ready for a third. If my ttm shows it's just a bonus now!!!

Anybody have a letter mailed 9/23?  If so, knowing that a letter was allegedly seized, are you worried about your letter following the same fate?  Any experience on the matter to help calm the nerves (or truth that might sting) would be appreciated.  This vendor has always said that seized letters are not isolated and typically a whole batch from that shipment date will also be seized.

My only hope is that regardless of when the vendor said the order was mailed, there's too much chaos at the sorting facility so even having an order mailed (as reported by the vendor) on the 23rd does not mean it went out then or has gone out at all.  This is me trying to make myself feel better.  However, a letter stated "mailed" by the vendor on the 25th and the 29th could essentially leave country the same day.
I would think the batch thing would be specific to the destination country , ie: if one from a certain date to the USA for example is seized on entry, all would be, but that need not apply to other countries (least I hope not...)

And I think atm that while they have shipent dates the order they actually get sorted, distributed, and put on a plane, is probably all over the place.

In the same boat as many, 9/25 club, and in the PNW, so ouch, hope no seizure for me. But already have two other backups in process. Agree they ended up being the best thing going for a while there, will probably try again with them at some point.

All I know about the seized order is it was western US.  I think you also have to factor in where it entered the country, I've heard some Ports are more scrutinized.  Your odds are theoretically better if it comes through NY I'm sure due to the volume.

Agree, however I've read that all letters from this vendor go through the popular East Coast port. Maybe that's not the case?
You could be right, just throwing it out there anyway.  I haven't the slightest clue how that's figured out tbh.

ok I think it's possible if packages were coming into a facility and no one was sorting and they piled up the first one sent would be on the bottom of the pile while the last one sent would be on top. so when the p. o. started processing again the last ones in might be the first ones processed out. maybe that's why people are getting the newer mail packages from TTM before the people get the one mailed earlier because they were on the bottom of the pile. Just a theory

Oh no. I have my order all picked out but I think I may hold off now. Even though my order is basically just a sample variety pack, it's my first order since joining this site and I want it to be a positive experience.
I take it my advice worked and you were able to successfully log on and order?

Yes, it was activated the next day. I'm gonna watch this thread closely and keep my fingers crossed that everyone's letters come through.

I'm too hesitant to order at this point. I'd rather see some movement before I do.

Is the Postal moving 100% now, or is it still iffy .I've been waiting till my gut feels right.
