Since they dont use tracking, they dont know where your package is any more than you do. Its basically a blind run until the package is delivered or isnt. My last package from them took 36 days but I think 2 weeks, give or take a day or two is more the norm. 

As for asking them anything, they basically dont want to hear anything until 4 weeks and will not consider your package lost until after 8 weeks. Sadly, even then they dont do anything about it and their insurance is a waste of money. They will not reship unless damn near everyone from that same ship date reports loss or seizure. 

Most of their packages make it to delivery without issue so the odds are in your favor that you will eventually get your package. 

 
*SIGH* if only SY more more reliable at this point I wouldn't be having this problem, thanks for info from all that answered 

 
Zans and rivs are good especially riv.... they didnt hsve xanor sample so i got zopax..and they are just ok compared to xanor

Hello, first post, and apologies for no intro yet (I'm working on it), just wanted to answer your question....

The green trams capsules are first rate, they are every bit as good as the white 'footballs' you get here in the states.

I'll be reordering the trams again myself soon, they are a nice backup to have when 'other' things are not available.

What he said ^^ I got em for a friend and think they can't be much diff than the ftball ones BUT maybe a wee bit diff than the round ones? IDK can't take em cuz I'm on 'Done and they block one re(3pt0r... I'll know more when next shows, but.. I've never seen many complaints about that specific brand and I did actually do a bit of searching since it's been about 20 yrs since I took one.

 
Has anyone tried trams from SL? How do they compare with the green ones from ttm??

Jeff and David, are you in the US?  If so what area?  I'm trying to estimate shipping time on my most recent order from 3/20.

 
Yes, eastern us. So far orders have been +/- 10 days lately but you never know. Certainly don't bank on that quick a delivery, Id always plan a month in advance to be safe.

 
Has anyone received tons of SPAM after ordering from ttm? Also my credit card number was used overseas the same day I placed an order. I'm not saying it's them or the SPAM is coming from them. Just asking if anyone has had or is having the same experience.

still waiting on pack mailed out 3/17 -____- frustrating  seeing people who ordered after me already have theirs and others have 6-10 delivery times, no reason to panic is there?

Read through this thread, this is very typical of this vendor. I have seen orders arrive two months after they were placed but have hardly ever seen any that didn't arrive. Always plan for a long wait. .. ten days is my average but I plan on possibly waiting a month. Read, bro, read.

 
order went through with ttm last month.  communication was good and quickly arrived. ordered a really questionable thing and quality was like 4/10 or 5/10. not completely bad but not that great. i know im a new guy jumping on but im being honest, just leaving my experience. i would use again, just not for that. i knew better in the first place.

One thing I've learned over many years and lots of confusion is that sarcasm doesn't translate well in print.  

 
I ordered two different products, shipped separately on same day.  One showed, but 4 days days later second one has not arrived.  Has anyone had same experience? Did second one come or just LL. Thank u.
