Maybe the cods are ok quality,but the consensus on pks from TTM are pretty much weak with they're pks.There BNZs  have a better rep and the prices are keen to say the least!!.

TTM PKs=4/55 outa 10

TTM BNZs solid 7/8 outa 10.

I think if you do a little re-search on the site those percentages are there or there about fosby friend I do so wish they were as good as the BNZs but unfortunately this is not the case here....

Frank, yes, anytime I order with TTM I purchase the insurance. For some reason I thought it was required for USA bound vitamins. I may be wrong, Regardless, it was worth it.. Anyway, TTM was great. I emailed them explaining the situation and they immediately sent out new vitamins.  They even explained I would have to put my payment information in, but that was only to process the reshipment.  Payment was never charged on reshipment was sent and received. They are good in my book.

The LL's concerns me. Over ten years I received about 3 or 4 (first with TTM). The first scared the crap out of me. Of course, I just shred them. Just gets me nervous....

cdg - I have noticed with TTM, if you don't sign in (or order vitamins) at least monthly, they disconnect your password. I just simply re-enter my information and within a day or two all is good and I can login again.

just placed a sample pack order of Vs ordered early this morning they said my order was past the 7am cut off time the e-mail they sent was  at 7:01am oh well no big deal there. I will update when i receive my order.

 
Have to say, if betas were available in 10mg I think they would be the best on the market. If buying di@z by betas. Buy double if you require high doses and still cheaper than buying 100 10mg from other vendors.

Time difference can be a bitch so always try and order at least 4 hours before 0700 their time.

 
I have to give TTM an AMAZING review on their mail time for this  :D last order. I placed my order late on January 22, letters were mailed out on January 25 and I have them in my hands by January 30. I'm not going to share with you exactly where I live but I can tell you it's as close to the Pacific ocean as you can get and about 30 miles N from a southern border. My present traveled far and wide and it was received in record time. Contents were brand Z@nrs and orange juice pains.  The z@nnies are (as always) perfection and I'm still peeling back the layers of the orange so I'll have to give update at a later time. They always have me quite curious.

As there is no insurance for EU you can't buy it, and there is no reship, it doesn't matter if you are a customer for years and it's  the first time you applay for it...

Bad point IMO, I understand it's a business, but I think you shouldn't  penalize so much a loyal customer.

You are right franmars that is the reason i order from Starliterx.

No need to buy expensive insurance Starlite will reship for free wherever you living.

 
I don't have specific dates but my last two orders with TTM within the last three months have both had a 12 and an 8 day turnaround from the day the order was marked as shipped. The last one was sent on Wednesday and received on Thursday the next week to the SE US. That's after never receiving a package about one year ago that I wrote off as a loss.

I HATE to hear about these order that never arrive. The pain and suffering while waiting is absolute cruelty. I do always buy the insurance since it's an option for us.

 Franmars, I sincerely hate it you have had issues and truly feel your pain if you have gone without meds.

 Sounds like I need to try out Starlite.

Quick question:  My orders (not many) have always included insurance.  Are there members who have orders that did not include insurance and still arrived?  Or, is it a foregone conclusion, "NO INSURANCE, NO MEDS FOR YOU!!"..../default_angry.png

 
No not true uncheck box if you dont want i never pay for it but one time.  One time i spent enough didnt want to gamble never lost pack always come through.  But you never know it only for personal use for me relirively smaller typye orders.you dont have to pay for it unless you are saying hey if i lose this money i want a back up example insurance if it not enough to bother u uncheck and depending where you live makes  difference 

 
Update: first order was lost, purchased guaranteed and finally ttm was professional and responded. i followed their instructions and now my order is processing 2/5, will update when 'shipped' and received. 

 
I resigned up for Top10 site yesterday and after checking out the menu

I got hacked! I don't know for sure if there is a connection but just wanted to put it out there.

Be cautious.the hack resulted in a cancelled credit card and more unnecesary trouble.

will not hit the site again.

 
 Sorry to hear about what happened, was wondering if you made any direct contact back to them,With your concerns as to what happened  I am sure that they would like to know, and would possibly be able to help maybe , at least in helping to find out what might've happened to you hope you get things resolved
