I concur. Certainly not implying that the involved member is not reporting the truth, but it does seem quite strange. LE knocking on the door and warning you only of the dangers of buying online, as you don't know what you are really receiving? And not a word about legal elements? I certainly won't speculate on the possibilities, but your point is well taken. Strange circumstances indeed. The whole knock at the door and warned "...not to do it" thing just sounds really bizarre to me. Something is off here. Not exactly sure what, but something's not right.
Fact: Door visits are happening in the USA.I concur. Certainly not implying that the involved member is not reporting the truth, but it does seem quite strange. So is the collection of all our personal data for our "National ID card" - they want to know what we eat and when we go to the bathroom.Fact: Door visits are happening in the USA.
No, things are different. The police are much more arrogant and brutal. Haven't you seen the articles where even family pets killed unnecessarily or decorated vet in his own bed at night murdered by police. Oops sorry, clerical error.Maybe I should clarify a bit. I certainly didn't mean to imply that our member wasn't stating facts. @ps2556 if it came across that way I apologize.
However; based on my own unfortunately extensive experience in younger years (way younger lol!), I can tell you there were never any complimentary warnings going on.
But maybe things things are different now. Hell... what do I know? /default_blink.png
Fact: I never said they didn't. I simply found the reported nature of the visit unusual. So I'm to understand then that US LE agencies are making "please stop that, you don't know what you're buying" courtesy visits to people's homes, shaking their hand and walking away? Sorry, but I struggle with that. My view on modern LE tactics tends to lean more toward's Denise's.Fact: Door visits are happening in the USA.
Hi ps!i will defiantly keep you's informed wen i go ahead for the next round.
has anyone in scotland ever actually received a LL????
Hi NotMe, good to see you around these parts again. Could you please elaborate on this statement?Fact: Door visits are happening in the USA.
IMO, I would try to source what you need domestically. Who knows, the next knock on the door (if you order abroad again), could be coupled with a pair of handcuffs..any advice on wat i should do?? like try a small order just to see or try a different site? or change address but would that matter as id have to have my name at the top??
With them being in a more civilized part of the world, I won't put it past them. Hard to believe, but also hard to think there are places that take a different approach to the war we have.Fact: I never said they didn't. I simply found the reported nature of the visit unusual. I have no reason to suspect that's the case with the original poster, but yes, that's always a distinct possibility. The law of averages dictates that larger, more frequent ordering customers, particularly those with additional intentions, are more likely to attract enhanced scrutiny.Do u think the door visits are happening to people that make large orders with intent to dist? Omigawsh.... panic attack just hit
