With TTM, you get a bill for a certain amount, then when you check the transaction with the bank, it's like 20 dollars more than what you expected.  Then you get like a 4 or 5 dollar charge for cross-border fees.  The rules are very explicit, and it does state that prices can be altered depending on availability or something like that, but it's happened to me both times.  That's fine, their prices are really good otherwise.  I just explain that in case you get a prepaid card, you need to have some extra money on it for those extra costs.  I used my MC, but had to fight with my bank for a week to get the transaction approved even though I had used the company before.  There was a foreign "hold" on the card I had to get lifted, then the "fraud alert" department declined the transaction--it went on for a week.  Just got order placed over the weekend, and just now hearing about all TTM's packages getting confiscated.  Holding my breath right now.  Sorry so wordy, but hope I helped you a little.  It's hard to be a newbie, and I hope I haven't broken any of the forum rules--you just can't go around giving out company's names and addresses, but if you look at the first page on many of the threads, the information will be there all spelled out.  Good luck!  Leigh Anne

Mailed 9/28

10/5 received LL...first time in over 30 orders!!!! No more ttm for me
Like I said before.. something is up. Been doing this for so long I have lost count of the many successes. I've even had customs (think maybe FDA) open a package of benzos and send on through. I still scratch my head on that one. The country of origin is quite unique for an IOP anyways.. I can see India or Pakistan but this is a little easier to scrutinize imo.

Sometimes to much chatter on here, stay basic ........talking about a part of the country having No LL sends up red flag JMHO

TTM e-mailed me & said that around anniversary of 9/11 they have a much higher incident of seizures r/t foreign mail being looked at so closely.  Just FYI.  Wish I had known that sooner.

I think they're trying to blow smoke up our assholes. There's been a lot more seizures than just around 9/11 as best as I can tell. Time will tell.

Are any of their letters arriving in the USA?  I'm not seeing the usual mailed xx received xx. Would like to know if LL's are spotty or on most all letters.  No point shelling out $$$, if seizure rate is above 50 percent.

From what I can see, letters making it trough are very spotty. But, that's just me. Research for yourself and see what you come up with.

I placed a small order that was mailed today, will let everyone know when/if I receive (never used insurance).  *Apologies to the Mods, I just wanted to post this to those of us on the fence about ordering.  I've had nothing but success (NE & MW) with TTM past 2 years.*

My last order was shipped 9/15 and received 9/28 (NE USA).  My two previous orders were only 5 days so 13 is quite a difference, but still in the normal time frame.  I've had luck with just getting small to very small orders, nothing that needs to be split in 2.  It does seems like the seizure rate has been going up though so I am hesitant to order again.  Hope everyone continues to post whether or not they received including dates obviously, need all the info we can get!/default_biggrin.png  Let's hope everything gets back to normal with ttm soon, they have been a solid, reliable vendor

Dang! This is turning into an LL fest. Do any of you who are getting letters use a remailer? Also, please put your part of the country. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. It seems there is no problem in NE & SE US. Glad to see they are honoring the insurance, but dang, this is not good!

@Cerberus IN SE and got one ;/ wondering if they're just seeing country of origin and plucking them. Getting a non residential mailbox address and see if that helps

well the ttm forums say letters are arriving all over the country, but can we really trust those forums. I think not

I do post on their forum when get a delivery, and I find its useful for members opinions there on this v that etc. But it is their forum I suppose.  I really just think they are on the hitlist for the timebeing after the pangea thing a few months back.

After doing more research on this site and on TTM I am only seeing about four people that received LLs.  The rest are just repost of the person that got the LL and a statement below it. It would be nice, as in the past, when things may be going wrong with letters arriving that those that do receive update this forum with date mailed/date received.  For those that get a LL, again date mailed and date LL received.  Keep it simple so we can tell if it's really becoming a big issue.

  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup.
