I placed a order on the 12 of March and received it today.

I've sent them a mail a week ago wich they quickly replied about the problem and were reshipping the orders.

So I'm glad that ttm is back again and doing what they promise to do. Customer service is excellent!

OK, I got my TTM e-mail today that advised I would receive my order originally placed on 2/29 (paid max order at that time), was supposed to have shipped in two parts on 3/1 and 3/2-->NADA.  Sent a couple of tentative, questioning e-mails--did not want to offend by suggesting they may have a problem on their side, but I did find it strange that not just one, but TWO separate mailings would be lost in transit with no customs notifications after this period of time (and I waited the 30 days they advise).  Pretty nervous--I was complacent and dependent on this single vendor and had not checked DBG BEFORE placing that last order...Thank the Lord for this site!  I think w/o the volume of potential customers seeing these posts with reasonable access to other sellers of same type vitamins because of this forum, I believe I may be getting that order if I allow them the time to make things right, you know?  I would just advise to have a back-up stash, and if you are extremely blessed, a few extra bucks to throw at another DBG approved vendor quickly...I have had to supplement and add a couple of this and that to potentiate some benzos I have a large prescription for thanks to an extremely well-loved doctor I have built a relationship with over several years...if I hadn't made like a pirate and had some knowledge from a pharmaceutical prospective, it would be full-on DT city right about now.  Kudos again to the moderators and administrators of this site!!!  Definitely will post as soon as I get order(s) from TTM.  Fingers crossed, everybody!  XO, Leigh Anne

Guys, Gals please give a general location when reporting arrivals.  Really no one is asking for your home address just a general locale so others waiting in that area will have an idea when there items will arrive.

Glad and happy for peoples that are receiving their re-shipped. Can members that have received their re-shipped post their rating and their general location, because i'm waiting on my reship and that would give a me general idea of when my reship will be arriving. Hoping that everything is running well and smooth with ttm again?

Good idea Garvels if locations are given others can gauge if there own re-ships are gonna turn up soon based on receivers location and what date the replacement was sent?....

Yep, I am waiting with baited breath, too...of course my order fell right in the middle of the abyss, but I think because of the customer volume on this forum, TTM is trying to make it right?  I will post as quick as I get anything here in the South where the sun is shining today--maybe a good omen?  Definitely need the Vitamin D to go with my other "vitamins"...I wonder if they'll offer a bonus to those affected!?  If I didn't have a stash for a rainy day, I would be full-on in DT's, I think...no kidding--that sh!t can kill you!  Meanwhile, I have put in an ASAP order from a DBG recommended vendor, and will split orders from now on...lesson learned!  Leigh Anne (Will pop a contribution in the community pot as soon as I recover from this unexpected expense...)

I hope this isn't a "flaming"--we all fall down the rabbit hole once in a while, yes?  Myself, I can say I have been on the sh!t-end of the stick plenty of times....

Sure enough, it came. I hope everyone else has good news as well. Product as expected as usual. I had no insurance, but it wasn't a large order...

Waited....Waited...Waited.....Waited some more

End of March I emailed the vendor, but did not hear back.

Took it as a loss. No LL. Time to move on.

Came home from work yesterday and there was a gift in my mailbox.

I guess it is true what they say, better late then never!

Unfortunately I will close now this thread, people give too much credit to this rude lying greedy insurance collecting people who are even threatening their costumers.

These people do not meet the standards that are expected to be on DBG forum.

I advice members who feel that it's necessary to continue ordering from them. Please go ahead and post on their own censored forum.
