I hope Em, FG, Denise or Eve reply and give me something to smile about. /default_wub.png   Aside from the package not arriving I've had a lot of stress lately. Getting an encouraging message from a sweet young lady makes me feel better than anything in the packages. They are like my special therapists. The guys are a lot of help too, but they can't raise my self esteem the same way those sweet young ladies can.

Hi HT, I am in this same April 10th mailing date who has not received yet, and this is the longest I've waited of my 3 orders so far with TT.  Am in the Northeast US.  Did not purchase insurance, so if it doesn't show it's a 150 loss for me.  But I will order again with this vendor because the first 2 orders came within 10 days and were exactly what I wanted so I was happy with those.  Hopefully this 3rd order will show up but at this point I am almost resigned to it being a loss.  Sucks if that is the case, but I'm still happy with the first 2 orders and will be ordering again.  I don't know of any other iop.  This is the first one I've tried and it worked.  Good luck to you and others waiting April 10th mailed packages.

I am another one with an April 10th shipment that hasn't been received yet. This is my first time using this IOP so I only ordered a very small amount so no big loss, but still incredibly frustrating after the Starlite debacle.

Actually, considering I know them only through this website, it is only my self esteem those sweet girls raise for me. Now the one down the road... well she won't be raising my spirits or anything else today. The mail just ran and nothing was there.

This was only my second order, and the first with no insurance. While I understand his response about the mail system hitting snags now and then it doesn't explain so many people before and after the 10th getting their package. I guess I'll order again and pay the exorbitant insurance costs. So many people got theirs that I figured it wouldn't be needed. It won't be my first mistake or my last. I just wish my favorite IOP sold Bee Zee products, but alas only my carisops are sold by them

I know there are lots of other places that sell Bee Zee items, just none who sell them in the same price range as TTM. Or I should say none that I'm aware of. A buck apiece, or less, for zans is a dog gone good price. But only if they arrive.

Well I received an email from Top Ten about the April 10th situation Here was his reply:

"Thanks for the update Robin.

Anyone who expects the postal system to run like clockwork, clearly has no concept of the number of steps and amount of physical handling an item of mail must go through to get from point A to B.

It never fails to amaze us that some people expect mail to get half way around the world quicker that it normally takes domestically within the USA.

Our standard reply to queries regarding mail not received within a week or two is as follows;

Patience, you are expecting too much from a system that is not an exact science and certainly doesn't run like clockwork.

It's way too soon to be concerned. It's only been in transit for just on two weeks.

Remember the standing rule - allow for 3 weeks and clap hands at anything quicker. Worry at the 4 week mark and consider it lost after 8 weeks."

I think it may have hit a snag on the 10th maybe too many orders that day etc......I too have become use to receiving 10 calendar days every time so if I did not I would be concerned as well.

But like he says: Patience.

My orders actually have been working so well as well as most t10 customers out there however next order I am thinking of going for the insurance.

Thanks for that message Robin.  I'll try to stay somewhat hopeful, am going to wait 'till the 4 week mark before deciding to order again.

Had a message today saying that my goods were shipped; i'm in the UK so it usually only takes 2-3 days.
