Anybody else having trouble accessing the website?

Yes. Got confirmation of being shipped, but can't get on site.

I think they have had trouble several times with their web site lately, servers down, etc. 

I'm not too big on beezee products, but those round ones, the next price tier up from the Mylan, have kicked my butt straight to sleep every time I take one. It could be that the local generics, which I'm used to taking, are weak. Whatever the reason I'm glad I placed my last order for Mylan again. IDK how anyone could enjoy taking these, but others don't know why I'm into som@, so to each their own.

Hi,

 I placed the order and it was shipped on the 22nd.

Still nothing, I usually get it within 9 days (including weekends) but this is day 10..so I'll wait and see when the mail comes..and this new mailperson comes soooo late in the day, like sometimes after 6pm.

Will let ya'll know.

Also, cannot get onto the site, what's up with that?

 I read that some people were having problems a few days ago..what do you all think, just computer probs?

I really think the volume they must have since S/L went out of business is affecting the times we have become use to.

Hang in there IMHO anything under 2 weeks is excellent.

The site has been going in and out as of yesterday. Probably maintenence.

I LOVE this company. Not only was the customer service amazing (Notified when order was received, when payment cleared and when shipped) but I ordered Sunday, April 21 and it was shipped Monday, April 22 and I just received today, May 1st. That's to me in 9 business days in the US, upper east coast. Meds were in original blister packaging and even came with a real insert on complete details on the medication. Like the little paperwork you get with a pharmacy prescription. I like that. I couldn't be happier and I have found my new IOP! I know these guys probably gained a lot of new customers when Jim went bad, and they deserve it. 10/10 for my first transaction.

PLEASE, only include info on mail times and quality! Everyone who orders knows about the packaging, those who don't have no need to know! I realize you are very new, and I didn't know it for at least a month after joining, but packaging details are not to be discussed in the open forum. We have to try and protect the vendors as much as possible. It may seem trivial, but on this forum that is what is preferred, no talk about packaging.

Thank you for understanding. Glad you got your order, lets try to keep it safe for TTM and the members. If they go down the number of reputable IOPs is almost gone. 

@ Em - The first big hangup was with orders on the 10th. It may be that the volume is so high now that their postal service is randomly pulling bags and checking each one to see if their business is doing something so bad they need to be shut down. My package was post marked the day TTM said it was shipped, so everyone needs to try and be more proactive, i.e., ordering asap after their mandatory waiting period, instead of thinking they will get their stuff in what used to be the normal transit time. I wish you the best, if I could help you know I would. Until then I just urge you to be patient and wish you the best. Just like you did for me. Keep that pretty smile on and things will be okay. /default_wink.png

Looks like the website is either down or really running slow.

In my opinion, they are doing maintenance or even maybe upgrading the site to accommodate a sudden increase of demand since Strlt's demise.

I got access to the site late last night and received confirmation that my account was reactivate in the middle of the night. That is, middle of the night for me, but probably regular working hours in their time zone. I would wait a good 10 to 12 hours before trying to access TTM's site, as they probably do like every info technician in the world : they do the maintenance at night.
