I think it was April 10th. If I remember correctly those packs were eventually received though. Maybe we're all just getting spoiled by TTM's seemingly impossible shipping times.

 Guys I need help!

I've been trying to place an order with top10 now for 2 days straight. And I'm having nothing but problems.

The first card I tried was a Visa Gift Card. I tried putting that through, and my order was canceled.

Then I read on the card "not for use outside the US", so I accept thats my fault.

So I read on here and people said to use a Greendot Visa. I picked up the greendot, loaded it, tried to use

it and my order was canceled AGAIN. So I went to the site, and Visa says on their site that the greendots

you buy from the stores are *temporary* and can not be used outside the US.  But ON THE CARD it says

"use anywhere Visa debit is accepted". They don't mention 1 word on the front of the package about the

card being "temporary", and the fact you can't actually use THAT card "anywhere Visa is accepted". 

The website says it takes "7-10 days" for the personalized card to arrive. And this is deceptive marketing

which is why I will be calling Visa later to give them hell.

But I need a card, I can buy today, that will work TODAY. That doesn't have any of this crazy, deceptive bs

going on. Something I buy, load, that works immediately.

Here are my 2 questions:

1) Does anyone use the WU Card? How quick is that process? Will I have to register the card again and

wait a week just to get the card that actually works?

2) Visa Travel Card. Even though I hate Visa, does anyone use this? How quick can it be done?

I want to know how all you people are paying so effortlessly. Did all of you have to wait 7-10 days for your

personalized greendot card? I have a regular Visa card, but will not use it overseas because I know how

things tend to end. Place gets shut down, people in foreign countries get desperate, steal your card

numbers and buy stuff. Then you get a call from your bank lol.

Anyone who can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Unfortunately, and to the best of my knowledge as someone who's been involved in commercial banking for twenty years, there is no prepaid Visa card that can be used for international purchases "off the shelf" without being registered / verified. So, the answer is no, there is no option available that will work for international purchases without waiting for the permanent card to arrive in the mail. You can visit the "Payment Options" section of the site, and there is a great deal of discussion on this subject. There have been isolated people here and there claiming that certain unverified, off the shelf prepaid cards have worked, but there's never been any follow up or further evidence to corroborate these claims. Of course, you could use your "regular" credit card, but as you note, there are certain risks involved in that, which should be taken into account.
