I need advice on an order.  I am 8 for 8 with this vendor.  However, recently I placed an order on 2/10.  I received the customary email verifying receipt of order, processed and cc authorized.  But, I never received the customary "mailed" email and it's been 8 days and I've yet to receive it.  I have no idea if they just forgot to send it or if there is a delay.  Any experience or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I really love this vendor.  I've sent emails but haven't gotten a response.

heh yea lots and lots of snow here! some of the worst in u.s. actually. so yeah maybe i should just chill out(pun intended). only thing is i already recd something from other iop that went out after ttm.

its been 20 days/13 business days. sorry to hear u guys cant get through to customer service, hopefully all is well in ttm land

 
my friend ordered 2/4 and recieved 2/19 to Midwest..  much slower than last time. I blame weather.

 
yea mine didn't come dang....weather backed all our orders up CoMe On USPS!!!!!!!! /default_wacko.png

Mailed 2/6  not yet in SE US   Got to be all the snow. I see 2/6s are coming in, so mine should be any day, placed a backup order 10 days after this one. Mailed 17th, wonder which get here first, LOL First one insured second not.

 
hey guys, good news. touchdown, shipped 1/31 rec'd 2/20. This dang weather!! As for quality....betas = good, prob wont order again due to other choices but hey the price can't be beat. 

 
Cool juicy i was getting nervous reading this thread i ordered 2/10 nothing yet but its kinda early. Everyone relax its the weather.

 
Okay, to all of you that were having the same problem as I was (lack of update emails) rest easy.  I received my order today and everything was top notch, as usual.  I can only speculate why this is happening.  I'm assuming that they are neglecting to send out all of the status emails we are used to receiving.  In my case, I received them all but the last "mailed" status but my order did arrive.

I hope this eases some of your minds as I was wondering many of the things you all were.  Namely, that this IOP was suddenly shut down.  Keep us posted and I hope all of you get the same results I did.

-Received both today 2/20 Pacific Dates, 

-10 Days Not bad!!! great quality

I'm just so happy, I opened my mailbox expecting nothing yet, but when it was there, I almost did a little dance. Mostly because it was a large order.

Still nothing. This is 16 days. Mailed 2/6. Not a good sign that younger orders are getting through, but you never know.
