Been on the fence about ordering from this site. I signed up and everything, if I recall correctly they only accept a limited number or clientele. The issue with me is the location of where they ship.

Does anyone know how often customs seizes items from this iop? is it 50/50? if it is that is too high a risk for me. Seems like they have good selection though and have heard great reviews on the pax. On the other hand, there are reports of bunk meds /default_sad.png I think im going to sleep on this one, prices are good

I've only ordered twice, but had no problems. Very nice packaging, i highly doubt their seizure rate would be that high and if you're ordering benzo's, quality is pretty good. I've ordered the adco alps and pax.

I will continue ordring from them due to low prices and quick service.

How often must I post that HYDROCODONE is not a painkiller as such, but an antitussive which needs synergistic addition of a drug like ibuprofen or paracetamol in order to make it into a mild opioid analgesic? This drug is used for analgesia in the US only, everywhere else it's indicated for dry painful cough and does NOT contain the paracetamol etc usual over the pond. It is not exactly a strong opioid and probably the most overpriced.

Useful for minor pain in its US formulations, I generally buy it as an antitussive anyway. I have a friend who thinks the M367 tablet is better for her pain than dihydro, but I for one wouldn't like to regularly take the amount of paracetamol necessary for a decent dose. I will be sticking to oxycodone for real pain and dihydrocodeine for mild pain, keeping hydrocodone pure and to treat intractable cough as intended.

There is absolutely no biological or synergetic "mechanism" that "makes" hydrocodone into an "opioid" to "give" it analgesic effects. There exists absolutely no pharmacological or pharmacokinetic mechanism in the body that performs this magical mechanism you are proposing. I'm not trying to be abrasive; but this comment is ridiculous.. and factual accuracy is very important to me! Hydrocodone is an opioid in and of itself; with opioidergic effects causing analgesia- with or without acetaminophen (paracetamol), ibuprofen, or whatever NSAID added by pharmaceutical companies (sure, adding an NSAID may help w/ pain, barely). & Its useful as an antitussive, sure.. as are all other opioids. & um, it is being developed as an extended release formula containing just hydrocodone here in the US for use in pain. The only thing correct in your post is your comments on it being a weaker analgesic (& weaker analgesics are typically used for antitussive effects.. i.e., you don't want to use diacetylmorphine for a pesky cough that dextromethorphan wont fix).

You probably have to keep repeating yourself (as you rhetorically asked..) because your claims are wrong.

Any opiod can be used as a base ingerdent in a cough syrup. Years ago when you could buy Pargoric Exlir mixed with a Table spon full of Paragoric, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of Whiskey

would cure that pesky cough. I guess you can tell my Grandmother wasn't rich. Any opioid can and is used for a cough exlir I've have Morphine sulphate, Didaudud, Hydromed is popular, so is Tuss Ornade (sp)

both are 80% pure and must be cut at least nine time or you going to have people droping like flies. We never see white smack because it goes through Afganistan to Pakistan where it's turned into low grade morphine paste. That why if you ever bought any diacetylmorphine from Macro Mass it smelled like Vinagar they were using chemicals NOT VINAGAR to remove the plant matter and any other unwanted acids. From there it will got to a reall lab in France, Sicialy, Turkey, and will be exported through Amsterdam. Hydrocodone is initself and analgesic, classified as an opiod analgesic. It's a CNS depressant and changes the way your brain interprets pain. They are exogenous endorphins (endorphins body's natural pain killers). It also happens to suppress coughs, I am sure this is due to the CNS depression. Hydro is def more potent than codeine and even dihydrocodeine. HYDROCODONE IS CONVERTED TO MORPHINE IN THE BODY albeit in small amounts. Try a norco and and see how much pain relief you get, it is 10 mg hydro, 325 paracetamol/tylenol. Its saved me when I compressed 3 vertbral discs that where pinching my nerves. Also gives you one hell of a buzz.

1) Well, you sort of reiterated what I said, but i'll expand: To be more precise (and accurate).. hydrocodone & other opiates/opioids bind to mu-opioid receptors as agonists, which induces their analgesic effects via increasing endogenous endorphin levels in opioidergic synapses (i.e., it basically causes the brain to release endogenous endorphins to bind at much higher levels at mu-opioid receptors, relative to natural occurrences).

2) Hydrocodone is absolutely not converted into morphine. Its major metabolite is hydromorphone. Hydrocodone is in a totally different class than that of the morphinans (i.e., morphine) & their derivatives (i.e., codeine, diacetylmorphine--err, heroin). Additionally, morphine is an opiate. Whereas hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opiate (or some may actually classify it as an opioid--that is, a totally synthetic opioidergic drug & not an alkaloid in opium, like morphine or codeine)

Its fine & dandy ya want to find info on top10... but perpetuating incorrect information is harmful. Not to mention there is some relevancy in the hydrocodone discussion since this site ships it.

I placed a few (being 4 or 5) order with Top10 Meds over the past year:

Likes: Accept Credit Card, good website, prices are quite reasonable.

Dislikes: Packaging, no possible chance of reshipment if seized by Customs.

Overall, if Customs are a bunch of lazy-butts in your zone, then Top10 Meds is a good choice among a few others. However, if you live in an area where Customs are tight, personally (from experience) you're in for a gamble as to whether or not it gets through.

Without going into details, for obvious reasons. by no means would I classify their packaging as being "discreet". Even though their website states it is. Misleading, if you ask me.

I have had several orders with this vendor. Absolutely no problems and delivery is within 7 to 10 days. For the money the Mylan alps are a bargain. I have no experience with their pain meds. I used to be a paying member of db.com. Hope this helps the skeptics.
