After not receiving my products blistered as requested I got pissed and mailed TTM:
Dear TTM, thank you for not shipping my products blistered as requested. $61 in the trash can. Cannot take loose pills with me over the boarder when traveling. If it is not possible to ship blistered, PLEASE TELL ME. In that case I would place another order. Communication is key.
Its a pitty. The products went in the trash can and my last order (pax 10/mylan alp) has never showed up. I hope in future things will be better. Your buiseness cost me over $120 now.
Just communicate. Please have that decency.
My first negative review EVER regarding TTM. Im not a real fan anymore. Its a pitty.
NB: I hope this is not considered as off-topic. Vendor-consumer communication is very important and as a hardcore fan of TTM, I'm now getting more and more irritated by their way of doing buissness and their products (eg. their pk's). Consequently, I wanted to share this with you.
