Good day or night or whatever the hell it is. I still am getting no response whatsoever from P. Not too long in the past I was given a supposedly working telephone # for P/M. Do either of you have that # or tried it to see if it works? I have, but my phone will not allow international calls. I can PM the # to each of you if you want to try and see if it works and you can get through. And yes I'm asking this partially on my own behalf because if you can get through then I'll just get a prepaid global phone card, go to a pay phone and try to get through. You can PM if that suits you. Thanks pards.

Did anyone else get an email from them introducing their "refreshed" lineup? Not to be paranoid (which is my default setting), but that is the best English I've ever seen them use. Why would they want to do away with the whole code system? Granted, it was a very cover, but it was cover nonetheless.

Yeah I got the email last nightthis morning. Doesn't mean crap to me unless they start reply with some CS!!! It does seem to be written in better English then "normal" but M is fluent in English. Why change from the codes - not sure except too many people may be passing them up because their customer service is non-existant (at least for me) and if you're not on their list they did not send you the codes.

My question is - has ANYBODY received personal reply communication from them in awhile besides the auto-confirmation and the courier tracking#??? I haven't for quite some time, yet back in Dec. they sent out a note saying they were increasing their CS to 24/7 - maybe in spanish but to my knowlede not in english.

They replied to me twice. It took 3 days the first time, but the second time they got back to me the next day.

Rafael, as far as my credit card problems, I wasn't getting billed on the orders I didn't get. They were receiving the orders as well. It seemed like the site would accept my charges, but for some reason the charges were getting declined after the fact.

 
Summary of my dealings: Order #1 Immediate confirmation and TN, but TN never was trackable. About five days and order came complete, ll good. No extra CC charges (small international something bank charge

                                        Order #2 Immediate confirmation. Tracking order worked. Product and good, but shorted 4--v. small potatoes.Price, even with padding, so much better than what others I have seen.

                                      Recent Promo E-mail, addressed from toprx re: Palmira products, no code. Bulk available. Shipping discount (this time to 28.00; last e-mail a few days ago advertised limited time shipping discount down to 24.00.  

                                      I'd go with them again. But they have a product I just can't get anywhere anymore--or it's fake--or it's prohibitive in price. 

                                     Glad I ran into them on this site I believe, or at least got some confirmation on research I'd done on other herbal remedy stores.

Same here except I'd like for them to just answer my emails about two orders they shorted me on. But no response to me for a couple of months. Is anyone getting through on the yahoo.com address? Mine keep coming back undeliverable so been using the yahoo.es and hotmail.com addresses. Seems to go through but no response aand nothing sent. Oh well.....

Is anyone else not getting charged or getting a response back. I have placed numerous orders, get a confirmation number and then nothing. No tracking number, and no charges to my cc. I'm used to no tracking number and the packages just showing up. However, there's no explanation. Hmmm?

 
Hi, Harry.  It's probably your card issuer.  Some have sites they black list or if unusual spending (foreign) they decline automatically..  Try a different card or call your card company and advise you are going to make a purchase in Honduras online.  They will then authorize normally.

Last order.  Made on Monday.  No confirmation Email, no tracking number.  Like clockwork, order showed up the following Monday, 100% spot on.  Only thing is they need to press harder with the pen on the form.... this last one was so faint it was almost unreadable.

Was following this thread after I found this board. I was looking for a reliable IOP with cheaper prices and a high rate of successful delivery. When I looked at their site THEN you really needed the decoder ring to figure out what was what. Then came the talk of a mirror site but soon after Palmira seemed to of got their act together and has an easy to decipher website now. I was looking for a new IOP as my current Paki connection bumped up their shipping from $35 to $50 bucks. I only make small orders of V's, X's and K's and my last order spent over a week at the bottom of the pile that accumulated over MLK holiday at the Northeast USPS blockade. It eventually got here ( South East USA) as did all my orders from them but the prices are a bit high and now the shipping went up to boot. Even with the $50.00 shipping the Palms prices are pretty good, and if the shipping is a week or so to the Southeast would be a cost savings compared to what I have gotten used to in the last couple years. I read this whole thread from stem to stern a month ago and was ready to place an order but then came the fireworks at the Palm so I bit the bullet and went for the almost sure thing.

I know from reading the thread that a week delivery to the deep southeast is still possible. Also read the Circle K V's and X's are very good. Is this still the case ? I remember reading someone saying the Klonnies were junk but more recently someone else said they were good. I believe they said the generics K's were the better choice, not sure if they are Circle K or another make. Can anyone clarify this ?

Was a long time member of the old DB forum but never posted. Found a nice connection there and used Raj for years. Slow delivery, but great prices, good communication and only one LL for which he made good on. All around a good place but unfortunately no more.

I think before I ran into Raj I was going to use Jim but he was not taking on any new business at that time but see here that he is still up and running and has stellar reviews so will definitely email him for his list. I just wanted to try the Palm for a quick delivery scenario in the future if all is cool there now.

Was in for another shocker couple days ago tried to logon here and nada. Thought maybe went the way of the old DB forum for a while. Happy to find it up and well today.

The Benzos they sell are made in Honduras, a good few steps up from Pakistani crap, but none of your more common generic brands.  Not the greatest benzo's I've ever had, but definitely worth more than what you're paying for them.

I was getting confirmation numbers, but no tracking numbers or orders.

Turned out, ny CC company was not getting billed, no harm no foul.

I finally got an order through this eek end, and my card was charged. This was Friday night late.mmy CC company finally got charged, Ill post this week if my order is FINALLY going out.

I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
