I have to agree. I have been using them for sometime now and my last charge was $230 extra. It has been a couple of weeks with no response. Anybody else having this trouble?

 
Maybe I'm lost, but I don't understand how you guys are all ordering. I went to the website, all of the links are dead. The email address bounced back & the phone number is disconnected. Can anyone give me some insight here? They seem legit and I'd like to order some

As far as the overcharges, that is a no brainer to stop. I have had no overcharge issues or other issues with this comapny. To avoid the potiential overcharge issue, I suggest you always use the same payment method that I use with these guys. I use a WalMart Visa Money Card that can be purchased and loaded and/or reloaded at any WalMart. When I'm ready to order, if I know that my order is going to be $205.00 including shipping and all fees/donations, I drive 2 miles to my local Walmart, pull out my card and add $210.00 at any register. The card company/Walmart charges a $3.00 load fee and the card company will charge a dollar or so for the International transaction fee. Thus, this pretty much stops the overcharge issue for me and makes the $3.00 load fee and $3.00 monthly fee well worth it for me.

Wyld247, did you contact your card company about the overcharge. I suggest that be your first step. If they refuse to help you, then if it was ME, I would certainly drop that card. If your card company won't help you, I have read earlier in this thread that the only way to resolve overcharges and/or shortages with this company is to place a very small follow up order and include a note on the order form about your issue and ask for extra product to cover your overcharge/shortage.

In any case Merry Christmas to every one and good luck with any issues.

I was talking about the lack of communication. The people of this site give them a lot of business, and should be considered valued customers. They shouldn't be ignored, and the company should be making every attempt at resolving any and all issues that arise. The arrival of this thread at DBG sent their sales through the roof. It actually took them a good amount of time to get back on the ball due to the high influx of orders. We, as customers, deserve to be treated with respect. With the extremely fast delivery, dirt cheap prices, and no chance of seizures Palmira knows that it has no competition and can treat it's customers like dollar signs. I am already in the process of putting a stop to this practice. So before anyone can say it's not possible, just wait and see.

 
I placed my second order with these guys at the start of the week- using my regular credit card- I know of the risk and hassle but.. eh. Both times I have been charged the correct amount. This second order I placed the other day I got the conformation email straight away and the tracking info emailed a day later. I feel for you guys who have had problems and now have to deal with the hassle of trying to contact them and sort your shit out.

I'm surprised they have managed to build upon their clientele with little to no personable contact with any of them, especially shitty if you've been an existing/regular customer for some time.
