Scam city. TGC are notorious selective scammers, a history of mailing the wrong product, and constantly have fake mirrored sites.

 
I know I ordered from them twice my first order was good and the second order they just sent me caffeine. smh

I got 1g of fine white powder a-php from NL and 3g 3f-a-pvp from HK with a free eutylone sample.

The a-php was some of the best but their prices are very high, and I haven't ordered from them again. However they do have a wide selection and I think they guarantee delivery in some cases. 

At one point they had a third party escrow system in place but something went wrong and I think they ended up losing a lot of money.
