They cancelled my order and still took £139 from my account - after the cancellation. One useless response to five emails, and even my bank can't guarantee I'll get my money back. Livid, as I have ordered from them several times before with no problems.

Only found this place a couple of weeks ago. Can't believe they've gone rouge already.  Luckily didn't put an order in because I never got a list when I asked for one, and just seen this comment once I received a menu, so won't be trying them. Its a shame really because they said if enough people wanted something that was in demand they would try and source it. Suppose my search to find a legit local vendor who don't send fake goods or nothing goes on....

The payment options seemed ok. Doubt i'd of given a banking account details away though.

Yeah, it was easy to order from them, but communication is virtually non-existent. You may have dodged a bullet. I found a woman on their FB page (I have a fake account for such instances) and she hadn't received her goods, or been refunded either. ?

Didn't know you could go overdrawn if you didn't have a overdraft.  I guess each bank has their own loopholes where they can stitch you.  138 is two weeks money for some.  Glad I did miss that bullet. Hope you can figure something out with your bank. Say its fraud or something.

Thanks. I will try White's, at least they are legit. All my bank said that they could do is file a dispute against the company. It makes my blood boil as I'm normally very careful and hate scum like them!

@ElectroNymph I thought you'd have stuck with whites "better the devil you know" and all that.I've only heard good things about whites although there is nothing I would really order from them.

Thanks Bliss. The trouble with White's is that many people have said that the more you order, they hassle you for more and more ID - which I don't have! ?

Yeah, I viewed it as a short time thing, before they went down the crapper. Unfortunately, it would have to happen on my largest order yet!

Pretty much. Their generic brand isn't the best, and communication practically doesn't exist.
