I agree @ Hooter1 all the mods & Admins as well as Jewy's BB&P staff, really work hard for us, for no pay, & put up w/ all kinds of___________leave that for everyone to fill in for him/her self be it good or bad. Opiated

:) I'm sure I add my share of workload to HMs week from time to time.

No issues at all with HM and I have zero idea of his customer load, but its like this.

There is a little cafe near our home that has been there since the 60's, it's like stepping back in time when you go eat there due to the decore and unique and tasty food and very good and friendly service, but especially very tasty cinnamon roles.

They are well know for their big cinnamon roles they make, and being a old cafe that more and more people found over the years, there is now a great demand for those delicious cinnamon roles and they run out fast and early each time they have a tray done.

So you must order appropriately because you can no longer just pop in and order a cinnamon role or two like you could before. Others want their cinnamon roles too.

I think this place had a lot of eager folks like me who bug HM often /default_smile.png.

Now I want a cinnamon role.

He just put out some new guidelines for ordering very recently. Did you see those SJ?  If not, they may help you out a bit.  They are a couple pages back, not sure how many.... sorry.  S-

But you are Sneazel Shorty Pig (i intentionally left it out) and you should not have to wait. Dammit. Godspeed Smoky.

Your faithful fan,

CITH

I think that we are all waiting. /default_sad.png I wonder who the fortunate ones are the are at the top of the list? I mean, I don't want to send Rose and Blanche(dvz!) out to beat them up or anything - I just think that they are lucky ducks!

Patience is key though...good things come to those who wait.

It's not a problem at all, the Snorty Sneazel just picked up some truffles from HM last week. Just more of a surprise to hear how quickly we all cleaned HM's shelves /default_smile.png.

Good morning, Happy November.  Placed order Tuesday afternoon, received this morning.  Everything tip top 100%.  Already sampled and quality is spot on. 10/10.  HMan is THE MAN.  I cannot give enough props for him taking care of me, above and beyond in quality, service (good guy to have a quick chat... emphasis on quick as he is really busy!)  packaging and delivery time.  There is a lesson to be learned by some other vendors here.  Hope everyone has a nice weekend.  S-  /default_biggrin.png

PS>>  unrelated to my business with him, I also need to thank him  big time for doing me a serious, solid favor on an unrelated matter.  It was truly thoughtful and kind of him to take the time.  Sincerely doubt another vendor would have done so.  And that's all I have to say about that....  S-

Human IS one of the best vendors available. Thread seem alittle slow this week. Just wondering if he is currently out of stock or taking another break.

Human, wtf stupid AUTO INCORRECT! Sorry, I meant Hman.

He's definitely available and not on a break. Can't speak to current stock specifically, but I'm sure he would fill you in on current product availability by email.

Well Fargo in your defense; Hydreaux is very human too!

I thought it quite funny...

To add to what Jewy and others have posted: HMan is a great communicator, so much so that he will often let peeps know if he has

plans for any type of "break".

Of course he is Human and life happens. If he is unavailable for an unplanned reason, I've still found him very good about getting back in touch when he is able.

No Rest for the Quality Vendors /default_smile.png .

As Jewy said its the same for me too, far as I know HM is fully online and available.

I'm waiting for him to let me know when he has the single item again that I am looking for at the moment, but there were still lots of tasty treats to select from on the HM shelves last time I asked.

To 'third' the above two posts; Hydreaux Man is a busy and very much operating, as recent as this morning when he inquired if all was well with my last order...

He is not on a break.

Stock issues exist with any vendor and can fluctuate, a back up resource is important unless you can wait indefinitely for favorable stock.

It is my understanding that this vendor is a small operation, so without knowing his actual capacity and product availability, I'd advise that if he picks you up as a customer; he will clearly communicate to you any best way that exists to obtain your favorite flavor.

Simply-if he doesn't have something, he'll say so, if he anticipates it soon, he'll advise when.

Some sweet rolls are just more popular than others.

I took a chance and respectfully asked HMan if there was better way to increase my chances of accessing my personal favorites., he was receptive and helpful!  (IME it's purely a timing issue).

If you are willing to stand in line a bit; his products and service are both WELL worth the wait.

Take Care,

Beranda

  4. D @ drdrizzy13: yeah i'd rather them win than the Pats
  5. shoutback @ shoutback: Oh and GO SEAHAWKS
  6. shoutback @ shoutback: Anyways I have to get ready to go on my run, it's been fun talking
  7. shoutback @ shoutback: I think when we have open discourse without preconceptions we all agree more than we disagree
  8. D @ drdrizzy13: Oh I totally agree and I agree the War on Drugs was and is a complete failure.
  9. shoutback @ shoutback: I'm not trying to say my point of view is better than others, just think we need to have more open and honest discussion about everything
  10. D @ drdrizzy13: You are right it probably doesn't. It has pretty much ruined my other first cousins live. He is so out there. It just sucks to see ya know. They take it to the extreme.
  11. shoutback @ shoutback: @drdrizzy13 your exoerience does not reflect the overall mainstream
  12. D @ drdrizzy13: yea for sure.
  13. shoutback @ shoutback: This is one of the few places in the internet where we can freely discuss this things and taking reactive stance like fentanyl and zenes are the devil do not promote a heathy discourse on the subject, though I understand admin also does not want to be under constant threat of people like the dea and fda
  14. D @ drdrizzy13: Honestly I can't think of any alcohoclis except for a friends Dad. I haven't drank in 10 years. I don't really hang around peole that drink or go to bars. I just hate being around drunks lol. And going to bars sucks if your not drinking too.
  15. shoutback @ shoutback: We don't work on something and do not continue developing with developing safeguards and appropriate treatment methods we adapt to what we learn. How many people do you know with alcohol addictions ? How many violent rapes and murders do we see happen under someone under the influence of alcohol yet alcohol is not demonized in the way fentanyl is and that affects much less people. Let's not be hypocritical. The prohibition model does not work and this is no place where we should be promoting it
  16. D @ drdrizzy13: I agree with that point.
  17. shoutback @ shoutback: They would not been sought after by mainstream users if things like heroin were not so criminalized
  18. D @ drdrizzy13: portugal demcrined drugs in 2001 for personal use. It worked for a while. They saw less ODs but now it says in recent years it has scene an increase in ODs and drug related crime. So i guess it worked there for a couple of decades lol
  19. shoutback @ shoutback: All drugs, every single one. The manner of dispensing them might be different but acrimilization and demonization is just terrible in practice and it's inmho genocidal behavior. What we are seeing with the fentanyl and zene crisis is an actual failing of these laws
  20. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: F$CK Z3NES!
