Which is great, but it's treated like Oxy and I don't see why. Hydro was my aunt's favorite slash is who is an "Opi-Addict" but hydros myabe cause of APAP but I don't think so, no matter how high a dose only relieves pain for me and others and maybe you can enjoy the lack of pain which is good but why is this drug treated like it's heroin or Percocet or even codeine for euphoria? Sure maybe users could IV the hydrocodone but it makes me want to cry that I, and others are treated like shit and never given pain relief meds that work and have a history of decades proving to work because someone might IV something.

Does hydro do anything more than relieve pain for y'all?

@SpriteHamster  hydrocodone gives me a great euphoric buzz  -  not as good as oxy but better than codeine.  It metabolizes into hydromorphone just like the other opiates, but apparently there is a high variability in the metabolism between people.   This article is interesting.  You may be a poor metabolizer?

"Enzymatic conversion of hydrocodone to hydromorphone by CYP2D6 does not occur in approximately 7% of Caucasians, called poor metabolizers (PM) "

https://academic.oup.com/jat/article/36/4/257/806349

@Roxyanne very interesting how does Codeine compare for variability? And maybe ihydrocodeine, Oxy, and Morphine?

Hydies are the best for me in terms of energy and buzz.  One of my friends and I were laughing the other day about a situation that occurred 10 years ago where we had sampled Morphamous and both thought it was garbage compared to Hydes.  And in past 5 years, some 5mg Awksees saw their way to visit me - and I would still vote for Hydana, hands down. Interesting how each person is different.  BTW, I must be part of the 7% that Roxyanne mentioned because THOSE did very very little. Just pain relief and sleep. Clouded thinking, no energy.
