I Am So Angry At Palmira Right Now.

I ordered from them on NOV 16th before I found this board and read that they are no longer a valid company.

The charges pended a couple of days (like that one thread said would happen) and then fell off- UNTIL today!

I decided after a lot of reading to go with T10 and received all kinds of tracking info, correspondence, etc. and an order should be on it's way.

PLEASE!  Will someone give me some hope that my account which was charged Dec 1st from Pal might actually make it?

If not I WILL chargeback and I don't care what my future lies with them.  I'm out $137 plus about 5 overseas POS/ATM charges totaling $10 (whatever THAT means).

Needless to say, I am PISSED right now!!!!!!

You have taken the money from my account.

Can you please give me some type of tracking number or should I report a chargeback to my bank?

They did the Same to me When they started sinking and Maria did not respond to any of my emails..I used them for about a year and All was good then shit started getting screwy,and then they got Blacklisted a long time ago.

They're in the blacklist section for a reason. I understand you're wanting to be hopeful, but you should probably initiate the protocol to get your money back.

Plus on a side note you cannot expect vendors in a market like this to always act honestly! It would be wonderful to think so. Maybe I think differently but Unfortunately u pay your money you take your chances.

They may not even be there. But that doesn't matter, as the bank will refund you regardless of who has your money.

They lost their license to buy med supplies in their own country, which is why they started making some of their own inferior meds. Last I heard, they were being watched, after that Fedex thing.

No offense, but what made you think that Maria was nice? Because they were charging us that donation to feed the children? I never bought that one, either.

They are greedy, scamming drug dealers, who ran a good show for a while.

You've got to realize that I've been dirt poor since losing my job in Vegas during the 2005 recession.  So this was the first time I've ordered from them in MANY years.

Maria used to be very nice to me and I placed an order when I finally had saved up enough money to do so.  Boy, THAT took a long time, didn't it?!

That's when I found this board again and saw the whole mess involved there these days.  But the damage had already been done, apparently.

Anyway, I suppose I'll try and do something about it at my bank because $137 plus all of those weird ATM/POS charges have PISSED ME OFF!

Has ANYONE, seriously, ANYONE received an order from them at ALL lately?

Blechhhhht.  I want to throw up.

And the main thing that concerns me is that all of this holiday "party" season is upon us and I am seriously concerned that I have taken the course of drinking wine the past few years because I had no health insurance and couldn't afford any other options in my stressful life.

I am strong-willed and seriously think I can set myself free of this whole drinking thing if I have a small amount of anxiety/stress stuff.  I don't want to get hooked on it.  I just need some from the shaky feeling I'm starting to feel.

This is probably too much information but I feel we should all be honest with each other and I am a KIND PERSON!  I always HAVE been!  And for someone to blatantly rip me off from a minimum wage job that took me a LONG time to get in order to rebuild my life PISSES ME OFF!

Hey, venting is a good thing! But losing $ is not. I'd get it back if you can asap!

I really wish you'd found this place before you ordered but the same thing happened to me. It was just a different IOP. If it's any consolation, everything has gone great with the currently good vendors. It sucks but you just have to move on. Good luck

Yeah! 2earls is right, vent away if you want. Your vent made ME feel better. haha

We all want to help you and are glad you found us. I HATE it when anyone loses money like this. 

Chargebacks are fairly straight-forward, especially when the vendor will not respond to dispute the chargeback.

If they don't email you back, the best thing to tell the bank is that you found out they were a scam after you placed the order, and now they won't even respond to your emails. I believe that you have 30 days to do a chargeback. Some banks allow more time.

Btw, you were buying skin products, if they ask, OK? That shouldn't matter, and they shouldn't ask...but just in case.

EEEEK!! Did you call the bank and report this yet?  They will cancel the card.. It looks like they are charging your card for bogus goods, now. Don't worry, you will not have to pay this charge, but you have to report it now,  If you wait too long,  you could be held liable for the first $50.

chargeback, cancel card, do whatever  your bank says imediately! They use to be great but went to shit quick last year.

 
My last order with them was months ago...got a TN, and got a LL ...the letter stated the item's in time packet were unidentifiable (no mention of meds)..I never responded of course but I did a charge back and got my refund...do not use this place ever!!!!

Hi: I used to use Palm before the &$%^ hit the fan.  Actually never had an order go bad, and the prices were good.  Then they went sour.  HOWEVER, recently my e-mail has been flooded about once or twice a week: Dear and valuable customer....special offer of 10percent off for returning customers.  Takes me to their link, looks legit and oh so tempting considering some of their prices are quite good.  Even added on more.  BUT NO WAY am I biting this baby!!!!  So beware, Maria (and the e-mail comes from her) is back at it again! 

 
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS AT ALL!  THEY ARE CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS, SELL FAKE MEDS, AND ARE POSSIBLY LE FRIENDLY!!!!!

 
Well, This is exactly how I found this board. I placed a successful order in June 16th of 2014. Got the 2 day pending that fell off. Then Around July 10th, my package arrived. I was suprised. I figured they were gone despite the website was up. No contact form or email address worked.  (I had used them for years without incident). Well it was about a week after I received the package that I WAS charged. And except for 1.78$ for who knows what it was all good. The product was "good" quality but not like they were. So that was not so bad.

Well about 4-5 days ago I placed another order. I guess in August when I had told a friend about the site, they placed an order and it arrived. They placed a second order and that was when the pink slip showed up at the door. I find it weird mine had taken as long as it did and then came from the US anyway. Anyhow, after placing this order the other day something just didn't sit right. Perhaps it was recalling things my friend had to deal with. Well in googling I ran across this site and found them on the black list. Well without signing up, hit the 5th page (which is very old) and saw I had to sign up to read more. Well once I was approved I jumped to the end to see where things started to go to hell. I was thinking I would ride this one out. But based on what I read here, and quite current, I will be calling my bank tomorrow and freezing out the card. I am hoping I have time between that preauth (which fell off in less then 48 hours) and when they actually try and use it.

I do want to thank this site. I woudl be willing to guess I would start seeing some random BS well after it was too late. Thank you all. Now all I have to do is decode what I am reading to find a new vendor /default_smile.png
