I have always had anxiety

Ever since my child hood. I have anxiety being in front of people. My sister and other family members dont have this same problem. It makes me just stay at home.  I can make myself go out for work events and family events, but I am always self conscious. Any ideas would be very appreciated. I have tried many ways to deal with this.  alcohol and pot seem to work the best (which I cant smoke because of my job, sucks for me). I'm ok with medicine. But just seeing what  you guys think.

They stated they were getting too much publicity and if anyone sent uninvited people to the private site they’d close doors for good. I’m assuming one too many new contacts got into the private site for comfort and closed for everyone
