I Want More!

@Jessa1976 Congrats on the drop in sub. I've been on it for years and I've been at the point for a while where its just annoying and I want to be rid of it. Docs knew nothing about it when they first started prescribing in my opinion. As far as x@nnies, I agree with @gadorgirl2 and just use the first week to have fun with those then back to your prescribed bnzo. At least this way it should keep your alp tolerance somewhat low and give you something to look forward to during that first week/week and a half :)  Be Safe!
Thanks! I feel the same way, I transitioned from methadone to Suboxone 2 years ago. I was told it would be an easier detox from subs..  I was down to a 30 mg dose of m-done and think I'd be off by now if I hadn't made the switch.  But who knows. I hear the last mg or so is brutal with subs. I just want off! My new sub doc is a very uptight and controlling. I just want to be free and done! I don't feel ready with the anxiety meds..but regardless of how much I drop on my subs my doc is determined to detox me off all Benzos. Do you think I'd be safe taking Xannies at all? This guy will boot me if I come up dirty even once. Pretty nerve wracking. I have enough sub stashed to get me through 3-4  months. I've even considered trying to detox myself, especially once he cuts my Benzos totally. But I have no idea how hard that would be...it might be a foolish and dangerous idea.

@Jessa1976, I'd be vary wary. If he's a strict M.D. He may call You in for a count of your meds. Or surprise U.A. I'd limit the alp's to A Friday & Saturday night. Try & get in on his earliest Friday appointment. Have your fun, then revert back to the pins. Stock up on those. These U.A.'s are no joke any more w/ all these people mixing & matching & dropping dead from taking either too many vitamins. Or worse, unknown vitamins. Just blindly taking some one's word it's Vitamin C when it's really B-12....RXPRO-

I go in once monthly but who knows, he could call me in for a random. I'll stick with stocking up on gourmet roaches. And yes, I'm pretty darned careful. If a vitamin looks wrong, I won't take it. :..and I keep my prescribed meds on schedule for a random count. I live in a rural area where if I lose my doctor, I'm in deep trouble.

I too came off 25mls of m/done and transfered to sub/one @Jam1976.I was titrated up to 10mg of sub and it took me 2 yrs to get down to 0.2mg of sub/tex but I felt awful trying to come off such a small amount. The long and short of it is I ended up back on m/done as I was depressed,no sleep and just so lethargic!.I'm now trying to wean myself back off m/done but I think I was left on subs for too long and if I did try that route again (unlikely) I'd get up and off as quickly as possible.I don't consider subs to be a maintenance type of med but everyone's different I suppose?.

Peace

Bliss.....

@ElectroNymph you get m/done in pill form here in the UK also. It's VERY unusual to be prescribed them however and almost ALLWAYS liquid form. The tablets are called physeptone and are 10mg,ive asked loadsa times for them when going on vacation as it's such a PAIN taking the physeptone liquid through customs as you can't take amounts over 100mls in your hand luggage.Of course your SCREWED if your case goes awol along with your fortnights daily m/done amount??.     Peace                                                              Bliss. ...
yes i concur..in uk .if u say u do a lot of travelling u will get physeptone tabs bcuz of the whole liquid thing ....  :-)

trust mate ,in my experiance a benzo rattle much worse than a methadone one,,but  bcuz the universe is a bitch and there is always a catch, the benzo one happens quicker, time wise....   what can you do, what can you do ! as joe pesci famously quotes ... ;-)

@advanced35I've yet to be prescribed physeptone tabs after asking well over 20 times because of travelling overseas.I'm signed into an actual me/done clinic but I suspect if your scripted by a surgeries doctor you may well find they're more understanding? .

I used to be on metha tabs and the x's but was taken off and can not find the x's. Was hoping to find some reading on where I could find x's online.  Have not been here long so I'm reading and reading but if someone could steer some reading my way that would be great

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
