If the vendor doesn’t ship can I get a refund fast and 100% refund if they don’t deliver?
I ask bc I found a vendor that will allow this and wanted to know from anyone with past experience of this?
I haven’t ordered yet but any advice would be appreciated.

it depends on the seller. if he's a trusted one then that can be possible, if its just an individual, it can be risky.So make sure to read their reviews before ordering
