Has anyone else gotten anything from these guys recently?

STILL didn't get the second half of my small sample order. Jim and ttm2u are their counterparts from that portion of the world, def do a better job and more professional. Igloo just has a damn nice looking site.

They made me wait over 1 month on "processing" and then when I finally e-mailed them, they replied that it was shipped. Then, on a very bizarre note, a day later they emailed me and said "sorry, supply is difficult to get .... " , almost as if sent by two different people claiming two very different things. So I have no idea whether it actually shipped or not, and I have not gotten it. Order was placed on Jan 20ish and it is now March 20. So, that's like 3 months I've been waiting. Not very cool. I don't think I would use them again.

No answer to emails anymore.

Ok just to update people.


I sent numerous e-mails to this vendor who previously I had a good relationship with, I received nothing back in a weeks time frame. For this reason I am concerned that they have shut down operations but are still accepting money through there site this is only a suspicion but it is a risk I am not willing to take.

This thread will be locked shortly so please respond ASAP if you have any queries or further information. If it is locked by the time you see this please PM me.

If anything changes then the situation will be reviewed.

They are awful , go figure my first package arrives within 10 days but then they say the other half will be there soon. 

It has been almost 4 weeks since the order and nothing. I believed them when the say said the other half would arrive soon ( this being my first purchase online ) and ordered another small package. I probably will not see those packages. I have been emailing and hassling and they finally said you agreed to the terms of no complaints or anything until 4 weeks have passed , so I am counting the days down till that point which is about to arrive. 

To make matters worse she tried to bill my paypal account for 146.00 this morning!?? I did the math and that is over all the orders I have placed. So i again had to complain and email, I am eager to see the response on that 1.

She tried to pill your paypal account ?? I sent a couple more emails in the last two days and no response. I'm only out $60US but damnit... Hope you didn't lose too much on that 2nd half Klona

igloo has the distinction of accomplishing what has not been done to me ever, in my extensive iop experience. after more than a month and no customs correspondence, no product, I requested their meager refund, I say meager given their policy of minus this, subtract that, iaw their written policy, Eva has declined  that fine opportunity. I opted refund over reship since I am disinclined to do the same thing and expect a different result. in fairness I don't know how this refund thing would work if they actually had ever done such a thing. I kept my order small since it was a first time test so the wu fee would probably be more than the refund by the time it got to my end. still, if it was 18 cents, it's my 18 cents and their written policy.

on the bright side they had emailed me offering dhc which is way upscheduled from my order and since I have no clue if they mailed it or if it is in customs. so I am doing cartwheels I did not pursue that option.

I suppose my conclusion is pretty much self evident. no doubt others have had different experiences. what I would caution if things do go south don't expect a sympathetic ear or their policy to hold water.

edit: I wondered why I had not tried them before. it seems so clear now. when I say "accomplished what has never been done to me before", I mean to say rip me off.
