Hello!

I figured I would introduce myself since I just joined. I go by chase, although I just read all the forum rules, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to online orders and am somewhat nervous and a little hesitant to do so, so any must-know tips would be great!

Welcome Chase. I guess I would say there are no stupid questions and asking them can save a lot of headaches.

If you are able to donate it will give you more options and the ability to send messages, but it is not required and will not keep you from getting assistance should you need it. 

Don't be nervous! Trust me, it's not rocket science.
