I know this is a longshot, but does anyone know of a program, somebody or a place I can send in to unlock an iPhone 12 pro max that has an iCloud lock and a lost phone lock? I know the PW’s

Have you checked youtube to see if anyone is running an online business that does stuff like that with iphones on the down low potentially. I'd assume they wouldn't advertise the ability to do that considering how big of a tech giant Apple is with a lot of money and power to sue you for whatever crazy reason they wanted too so... lol.

Brother lemme tell you something about unlocking apple anything!
Ok umm NANDs are where the physical memory is inside the device, you need to get in there and replace it, but make sure the replacement NAND isnt also locked or your gonna be really good at taking them out and putting them back in. It's honestly a serious hassle and even for someone like me the daunting task of removing a NAND from an iphone, your gonna need special tools, special heating equipment and careful placement and blah just turn it into a paper weight and save yourself alot of heartache, but if you wanna try heres a video of someone doing it :)
