Is there a Gpu4win tutorial?

Does anyone here know of a good tutorial for Gpu4win?  I downloaded it and cant figure out what to do next.  Cant be that hard to use can it?  Just seems like it makes sense to use it.  If you know of an online tutorial please point me to it or send me a link.  Thanks!

YouTube has vids showing how to use gpu4win, and how to use pgp. It good if you know someone who can help you send a few messages to and receive. So you can pratice.
