I’m really sorry you’re going thru whatever buys to say that he is evil and preyed on you is absurd and I hope you realize that you won’t get any serious responses saying stuff like that. Mail delays are real.


You cannot expect packs to come a day or two after order. I know that doesn’t help now and once again I do feel for you but you need to plan for hiccups and delays that are completely out of people’s control.

Saying that you were “preyed on” and insinuating something nefarious is going on is just ridiculous though…

Ummmm…. I paid him on January 30th for 2 subscriotions. One that I desperately needed came, & it was completely the wrong item, something I’m deathly allergic to. Was asked to send photos, did so, he assured me no problem he would re-ship, but the time that will take doesn’t help me. Second mag is gone, and I know it by the way he said in email “postal delays, weather, sorry busy weekend.” Now I am just begging for any update whatsoever and it’s dead silence. I’m not a nasty person, I just feel so betrayed. And when you’re disabled, every penny counts, and this subscription cost over $1,000.

I am a fool I guess.

Donated Saturday 2/7. Received immediate confirmation of receipt of payment and told it would be processed ASAP. Since then after several attempts to communicate he has gone completely dark. No response since Saturday. No movement.

Not sure what's going on but he should have responded by now. Past orders were exceptional for the most part including excellent COMMS and quick turns. What happened?

There has been an issue with shipping and because of this, some packages were delivered incorrectly and some lost in transit.
I’m working on it, some packages have already been reshipped, and the remaining ones will be reshipped soon.

I Just been a little uneasy (my own personal issue) cause I just got hit by a very trusted vendor who def exit scammed. He was always on point. I made my first order from Jax recently and everything went smoothly then I doubled up and then this issue happened. I’m always willing to give everyone a fair shake. I know the nature of things. Just gotta have faith and I’m in no way saying that’s what he’s doing, just saying what another person did.

I've been burnt by others here on the forum, but I've just moved on quietly. He had such good reviews. I'm trying to go back to bed now I'm dizzy from the gabapentin I took to make up for the subscription. I never got so afraid of a seizure. He's too busy with his stupid seven day bulk sale on hard stuff, but I didn't order any of that. Just straightforward stuff to amplify what I had been scripted.

I never got that impression with Jax tho … I just follow my gut, hasnt failed me yet (knock on wood)… when I saw the few people leaving the posts, I got anxious too… but when I saw Jax give us an update yesterday … that gave me a sigh of relief.

Just hoping my pack wasn’t involved in the mix up … and it’s a delay in dropping it off. Id rather a shortage or lazy shipper he’s dealing with then a lost in transit or miss delivered … truthfully I’d rather be burnt and write it off as a loss then worry about my pack in the wrong hands of a Karen. A little clarity would make a world of difference.

Yeah it totally makes you stupid. I am no stranger to it. I've been on and off with these migraines, but I just don't like being left out in the cold no update total screw up on the other order, shows he doesn't give a crap about his customers.

Well I wouldn’t take it so harshly … i still want to believe he’s doing his best … if it was a mixup he’ll do it what it takes to make it right … like he’s done countless times in the past… something’s are just out of one’s control … if a shipper screwed things up, I don’t see it as a direct reflection of him (JAX) , in this business this sorta shit happens it’s not IF it’s WHEN …. and I still firmly believe in Jax. I have no basis to attack his character, my experience has been stellar and hope this is just a hiccup and business will resume and get back on track.

My 1st subsccription arrived on the same week as a holiday/no mail day so I was impressed. This subscription was over twice the size, I’m cleaned out of money, my disability is not a large sum, and my insurance has increased and my EBT was cut. I have to contest both of those, try to get a bank xfer, and now THIS. I am so lost, have nowhere to turn and am in fear for my life. You could not PAY me to go on Depakote or another anti-siezure med; I’ve been on them all and the Gaba is all I can tolerate. My stress level is through the roof as he sent me a painkiller I can’t take (allergic to it, makes me sicker than I already am & doc won’t allow any pharnacy to fill even one day early so my butt if covered. I am dopesick, caught something in the line at Walgreens last month, and this is torture. I have lived with chronic pain from the time I was a small child. I have fibromyalgia, allergen, titis that is very severe, problems with my neck, my bite, I have lost peace to the medications that I have been on that have destroyed them. My bite is open and I clinch and grind at night. My dr has no sympathy for me. His office notes always say I look like I'm not in pain yeah right buddy because I'm pretending that I'm not in pain that has been my life all of it. Everyone betrays me. I could've had that filled in an hour but all I got was his voicemail. Try that for a life every day I don't want to live, but I have a cat. I have to be alive for I can't watch television. I can’t read any typos in this message or due to dictation errors. I apologize. I'm so hurt and alone.

So… you got a reply? I've been begging for status on a mag and got screwed over on another. He has not communicated with me at all whatsoever. Yes, I admit I was nasty, but I have been very sick. I apologized and just said could you please if you have any heart, let me know if I when I can expect my second subscription, they were shipped separately supposedly, I think the second one was either confiscated or just not sent because of his big bulk sale. I even wished him well on it. I'm very confused by the whole ordeal in my life I've never spent so much on one order and going so wrong saw the joke's on me, apparently. He was friendly enough when I was placing my order ask a question or report that you got the wrong item and you're dead in the water. Totally ghosted here.

Well honestly you are going to get a better reception when you treat people with respect in all fields of business and especially with this one … going ballistic won’t get you far and will most likely earn you a blacklist once you are taken care of with your last order … I’d take a breath and sleep on any heated remarks before sending … I have a outlook draft folder full of angry emails I’ve never sent out in my business… it’s therapeutic without the fall out … I recommend that approach with any vendor honestly whether it’s a T-shirt or a pack of PKs…
