Thank you maybesomeday, I'm running up to drugstore and going to get purpose and betadine, too see how great this is, if Cat loves it, I know she has a great taste in cosmetics then I have to try it! God I hate getting old! Can u even get at drugstore or do I need to get prescription before I go out on a quest? Everytime I visit this thread I'm always running to target or sephora, damn you women!

Purpose and Betadine are at any drugstore/grocery/big box store. Easy to find.

CITH - you can look at the golden serum. But no touching. I'm not touching it either. Lol.

Also picked up Erno Laszlo Neck Firmarine. Don't forget your neck ladies. Nothing worse than a neck that gives away your age.

Also got some Jane Iredale shadow and liner. This is liner in a pot that you apply with a brush. It may not end well. My hands aren't that steady. We'll see.

Jane Iredale makes a GREAT mineral foundation. Looks super natural. I am a big one for NOT looking like you have any makeup on. Bare Minerals, Sheer Cover and everything else looks caked on. I would rather have uneven and blotchy skin than have makeup look caked on.

I dont know if you can see my profile pic well, but I have GIANT HUMONGOUS bags under my eyes. That concealer is awesome! Anyway, thanks. I purchased the betadine and purpose to try the washing with it. I have a feeling it is gonna be a lil harsh for me.....but hey! Maybe ill get a good peel! Lol! I use cetaphil to wash my face and once a week i use apricot scrub. I have a very oily t zone and very dry cheeks. I have been know to put oil (like a burts bee serum or straight e oil) directly on my cheeks and mouth and neck. I do credit my greasy skin with lots of the good things about it. Us Irish age VERY young. And have very light and sensitive skin.

And you are SO CORRECT, MSD! Dont forget your neck and decollate area gurls!

Betadine is very gentle. So is purpose. It should not burn or make you peel or anything crazy.

If you find it's too drying, switch up the purpose with Dove bar soap.

 
That fake away cat is the best purchase I ever made, bought two more on amazon for $20 I love it that much. After much frustration I was able to find purpose and betadine, gonna try today. Went to cvs and pharmacist said it's on back wall,spent 20 minutes trying to find, and it wasn't on back wall, but finally found. Hey cat, seems like we have similar make up rituals, where do you purchase Jane Ireland? Have I ever thanked you and told you how much I love fake awake, best product I have purchased! I'm not good at putting on makeup but I can actually use without looking like a clown, just fresh face and natural! Love you for it!

Hey heavenlee! I love that kit too. I too purchased an additional kit, on ebay for $20.00 with FREE SHIPPING! I am not rich by any means, so that price was great for me. I paid $28.00 at target for my first one. I never made it through the purpose facial wash.......my soon to be ex went the emergency room yesterday, I drove him. He ended up having some minor surgery and is home now. We still live together so............

What kind of tinted moisturizer/foundation do you guys use. I love signature club-a c infused breathable make up. For every day i have a slew of tinted moisturizers everything from korean BB cream to cover girl smoothers to clinique.

I use a few different ones

Dr. Lewinn's BB cream.

Make Up For Ever Pro Powder AND HD Foundation. I also like their HD setting powder and mist and fix spray

I'm not really big on BB creams as I prefer more coverage than they typically offer. I've got a few brands of CC creams that I'll be trying out soon and see how they work.

As far as drugstore brands I really love Wet n Wild. Their shadows have great color payoff and their Balm Stain lip colors are excellent. I picked up 2 stains and 1 shadow yesterday for $3 at Walgreens. Happy Dance!

I know I share a lot on here, but I'm getting concerned, I just got out of a bad marriage and remarried two years ago, lately I noticed my new husband says he's interested in sex, but talking about it and doing it are two different things! He always tells me he has to smoke weed all the time because he has advanced hepatitis c, and he said it or the suboxone makes it difficult for him to make love, so here I am on his iPad looking at his history ( his fault, he should have erased!) and I find a ton of porn sites, so he is obviously masterbating, does this mean I should be concerned? Lately he has been grouchy all the time, he says he's just under a lot of stress but he takes it out on me, where it's not my fault! So should I be concerned?

Maybe he is self conscious about maybe getting older (i have no idea how old you guys are) or having anxiety about "performing". I would not assume anything. Why dont you ask him in a non accusing way? Sweet and supportive. Maybe he is just embarrassed to bring it up. Good l uck girl!

The ones from Korea are really light in color but they are really good. I can only use them in the winter
