Hello iversusvsversusi!
I have no experience with DMT?.. However, I have plenty with LSD and Psilocybin..
As you have stated, they are very hard to compare..
I would say K3tamin3 has much more in common with LSD at low to moderate doses, only much less hallucinogenic. Well, for me anyway?..
However, at a high dose (The K hole threshold), this can be very different, more comparable to psilocybin... Very inward and introspective... You are not at all in control of your 'journey'... You can quickly become extremely detached from everything in the 'real world', unaware of time, touch, taste or any of the normal senses..
At the peak of your experience you would be totally unaware of self, your physical form forgotten, your journey purely inside your own minds' creation and totally 'out of body'... Very much a 'virtual reality' type of experience, but at that moment in time, that is your reality, all your past, present and future ceases to exist... Obviously this can vary in many aspects, sometimes is involves many different realities and it's not uncommon to keep jumping to and from these during your experience?...
I find K3tamin3 to be slightly unpredictable for me personally?.. Mostly, my personal K Hole experience would always begin with the usual fear & trepidation associated with psychoactive substances, but would nearly always bloom into a world of awe and wonder, while all the time, yearning to go deeper into the experience. It can also induce extreme states of pure joy and bliss, to even rival the state achievable at the perfect peaking dose of psilocybin...
However, I have also had some very uncomfortable & difficult experiences on it?.. Experiences that seemed to go on for a lifetime!.. Worlds of dark nothingness and what I can only describe as pure, glacial dread!... However, if you are anything like me, I saw these as lessons.. Problems in my psyche that needed to be overcome somehow?.. 'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger' and all that!.. After all, you can't have the light without the dark can you...
It's been a long time since I have used K3tamin3 in this way though... I feel like my psychonautic days are behind me, at least for the foreseeable future anyway, it seemed I was able to handle the experiences much easier when I was younger?..
I cannot stress enough how potent a substance k3tamin3 is at these doses though and unless you are an experienced 'traveller' I would not recommend it!.. It is definitely a substance which should be treated with lots and lots of respect and I advise anyone to tread with caution...
