Kratom to Tennessee?

Sp I tried to purchase kratom for the first time from OK and was shocked they would not ship to Tennessee. Is the a way around this? Or maybe another vendor that would ship to Tennessee? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey, I'm in the same boat. Contacted several different vendors and they just wouldn't reply. It's not actually illegal here, just illegal to ingest, so they all freak out about it. The guy from NoRxNeccessary finally emailed me and said he was working on it, but by that time I had given up. You could try contacting him.

Tennessee legislature in 2013 passed House Bill No. 12:

(1) It is an offense to knowingly produce, manufacture, distribute, possess or possess with intent to produce, manufacture or distribute the active chemical ingredient...[snipped]...

SECTION 6. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 39-17-452(a)(2), is amended by

adding the following language as new, appropriately designated subdivisions:

I hadn't read the actual statute, but when I was researching it was argued that possession of the plant itself wasn't illegal, just ingesting it or selling it for that purpose. But in my area, the cops walk around with a hard on for any type of recreational substance. They busted a tobacco shop for selling something awhile back.

The place I order from Ships everywhere in US - I've been using them last five or so months and the quality is great for the price. They ship same day and always throw in extras. The menu is limited though, few strains and extracts but they always have some fresh stock. I'll ask 2earls if I can post their contact info

Are you looking for kratom powder or 7oh? There are plenty of vendors that will ship to TN. Some dont because of some weird regulation requiring specific labeling. If you need help finding a vendor im more than happy to refer you to reputable discords or websites that will ship to TN

Can you please msg me or let me know. I live in Wisconsin and they banned it here and it's ridiculous. I have one website that will still send it and I had a few others but I accidentally deleted my bookmarks from Chrome and I lost all of the 3 of 4 sites that still would ship to me. Please hit me up I would really appreciate it! Theres nothing wrong with it, I use it like a mild antidepressant, it is less addictive to me than coffee and alcohol by faaaaaarrrr, I don't even drink anymore.
