I've been reading the b1tc0in thread for about an hour or so, and I'm fairly surprised no one else mentions l0c@lbitcoins.com. This is the site I've been using for quite some time and I'm decently happy with it. It's very easy to use and the fee is about 16-ish%(I always buy with p@y-p@l which, from what i've seen, usually carries a higher fee than other payment methods. So my question is, do other people just not know about this site or am I missing something? I'd rather NOT pay $47 and the friends & family fee when purchasing $335 of b1tc0in, but it's the best option I've found. Somebody please enlighten me or praise me :)   Either way, I'd love to hear some feedback from you guys...thanks!

I want to correct myself from my last post...my figure of 16-ish% is off. I wound up paying $346.18 for $288.38 in b1tc0in($57.80 extra) I don't know how to calculate %, but will somebody that can let me know what I wound up paying? I still think it's pretty good, especially paying with p@y-p@l. I've seen a few other sites charge crazy amounts when going that route...Anyways, thanks for hearing me out my fellow DBG'ers and hopefully someone finds something useful or at least interesting in these 2 posts of mine. Take care everyone.

@Jscoll22 I think it used to be a lot more popular when it was non-KYC.  Most people seem to want both convenience and low charge.  So like with C@sh@pp, 288$ worth of btc might cost me a 4-5 dollar fee.  Most people would rather pay a 4$ fee that a 58$ fee.  Or people would rather just go to a btc atm and only pay a 10% fee.  Plus there are some atms which are non-kyc.  And yes, on localbitcoin Paypal incurs the highest fees usually.  I havent used it in years, but i have used localmonero a bunch.  Regardless, its definitely a viable options for folks who need alternative methods of payment and can deal with high fees depending on method!

Are btc atm's typically that low? I live in a small town and a really grungy convenience store just installed one. What's the process? Pay with card and load on a thumb drive? Also, from reading your post, it sounds like c@sh@pp is the way to go...would that be your #1 recommendation if you had to make one? I appreciate all the info...I go WU when I can, but I don't want to burn it up, ya know...

as for recommendation, it really just depends on whats important to you and whats convenient.  For some, trying to figure out a completely non-kyc route is best, and for others trying to figure out the fastest and/or cheapest way is most important.  For fast and cheap, cash@pp is definitely in the top tier.  For most its quick to get confirmed and then after that theres no wait times or anything, so you can just buy the btc and immediately send to your external wallet.   But like most places it requires lots of personal info.   As for atms, i havent used many but most of them work by you having a mobile phone with a bitcoin wallet app installed.  When you click on "receive" in the wallet most generate a QR Code thing that is the receiving address, and you just hold up your phone so the kiosk can scan it and then insert your money.  I think most will print a paper wallet if you dont have a mobile app, and you can import the paper wallet later.

low fees if you use a real exchange and put orders into the orderbook yourself.

you have to know what you are doing, as they are all KYC'd.

many diff options to move funds around and obfuscate the trail after withdrawal.

(i don't wanna blow up my methods, but a little research goes a long way. I don't use traditional tumblers)

*also helps to move funds around when tx fees are low, u can track btc tx fees using many diff sites, but usually on saturdays is cheapest

  1. CalFresh @ CalFresh: fuck Qubic! WTF? @xenxra what's your take
  2. LW815 @ LW815: Wait what? Not entirely sure we’re talking about the same thing anymore
  3. Clash283 @ Clash283: So, I guess I thought as it related to that it wouldn't be bad to just let him know what's going on in detail in dms. That's why I didn't even mention a subject. But I haven't been told otherwise, if that was the case the giveaway wouldn't exist.
  4. Clash283 @ Clash283: It was related to the shout box
  5. Clash283 @ Clash283: @LW815 ya, the award was given in the shout out box. I have reached out and he asked me to verify with admin....
  6. LW815 @ LW815: @Clash283 I probably should have myself instead of replying in the shoutbox but admins always been responsive to my DMs. I just saw a worrisome idea and can’t bring myself to not respond with HR info, though admittedly should have DMed the user instead. @Gracie5 may be available if @Admin isn’t though I can’t tag her in the shoutbox for some reason
  7. Clash283 @ Clash283: @Admin would mind reading my message regarding the shout box context?
  8. LW815 @ LW815: This probably isn’t a discussion for the shout box but in hopes to prevent something harmful from happening - volumetric solutions are the only truly safe way to ensure DIY jobs are properly, evenly mixed. Anything else short of proper equipment can and almost surely will result in inconsistency. Though I guess if you had the patience and means to properly weigh each individually that could also ensure proper measurement per thing you’re making

  10. O @ ochemdim: @The Doctor RC yeah no 🚩. Bunches of people have food processors in their kitchens. Some do a great job at mixing. It really depends on what you’re wanting to create. For example,cl0br0maz0ļam caps with ~15% difference between them would be massive in terms of ëffects. 1o0 mġ g@bapëntins on the other hand, not so much. There will be hot spots with a good processor though. Farm@ mixers are on another level, but also very expensive
  11. The Doctor RC @ The Doctor RC: @ochemdim but shah could do it without raising a R3d FL4G? A high-grade food processor runs very quickly and if you let it run fast enough, I mean it gets that stuff mixed up pretty damn good..
  12. O @ ochemdim: @The Doctor RC not a bad idea in theory and not having a p1ll pre$$ hanging out is always a good idea. But a food processor isn’t going to cut it if you’re going for p0tëncy consistency in the theoretical caps. Farm@ companies use wayyyyy more intensive and expensive mixing equipment to get homogeneous caps.
  13. The Doctor RC @ The Doctor RC: @Perfect Meds Thanks for the welcome brother
  14. The Doctor RC @ The Doctor RC: So I had this idea of creating something called capsule kings so like instead. Instead of pr355ing bars I would use color coded capsules. A food processor would mix anything pretty much almost perfect so I would just need to find some form of p0wd3r that has no effect to add some weight to it. Does anybody have any thoughts on it?
  15. L @ Lstnfunpaintr: Any body hear tried this 3 meo 2 oxo pcp that’s popped up ?
  16. ms3031 @ ms3031: @Sinnin no idea. My chemistry knowledge is limited but I have tried what was called Tilldin in the US that is what the EU/ Asia variation for Tillidin and it was dec but for sure but I keep hearing reviews in activity, most written by heavy opioid users but I am not one. I don't believe it is though, but I have t done much reading on it
  17. Clash283 @ Clash283: Keep strivin yall, in 24 hours I had my GOOD ex hitting me up, school set up, etc.... dont give up 5 minutes before the miracle happens! back to the hustle! Stay safe and thank you to all who ive been around! Yall know.
  18. Sinnin @ Sinnin: @ms3031 isn't that basically just a racetam?
  19. ms3031 @ ms3031: Quick group question please, ya or nay, on buying any current notrillidine
  20. P @ Perfect Meds: @The Doctor RC appreciate you coming through as a Ruby Sponsor! Glad you’re part of the crew.
