Update on LabraTech, my package has had its "shipping label created," but that was 72 hours ago, no updates since on the TN.
I wouldn't worry yet.  I have placed and received another order from them since my last post.  Both of my orders sat in Label Created mode for a couple of days before they finally popped up on USPS tracking and they were already halfway across the country by then.

 
@Eidolon, thanks for the replies.  That at least puts my mind at ease, I'm just trying to get the package before the weekend so I can leave state without having to worry about it sitting in a mailbox for weeks on end.  The area where the label was created really is not that far from my state, so I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow or Saturday

 
@therealstopsign I really hope you get your order in time.  It worries me a bit that it still didn't show up on tracking.  It's definitely taking longer than prior orders.  I have a small order in with them as well but it's too early for me to be concerned about mine yet.  They have a long history and have always shut down ordering on their website when they were out of product so I'm really hoping it's just because they're swamped with orders.  Please keep us posted on your status.

 
I have an order in with them and the same thing.  Took a day or 3 to get tracking and when I did tracking just said label created. Next update it was halfway across the country.

 
@therealstopsign I wanted to see if you had any progress on your shipment.  If not I think it might be a good idea to contact them and give them a polite nudge in the right direction.

My last two orders with them have shown up as "label created" for a few days and then suddenly popped up on tracking right before they showed up at my door.  However, I actually placed a new order with them on Thursday night after I made my post about the tracking/shipping issues.  I DID pay extra for overnight shipping which may have bumped me to the top of the line.  I'm not in the continental US so true overnight shipping doesn't exist for us here but I just checked my tracking and was shocked to see that my order has already arrived in my city.  I still won't get it until Monday since it has to be sent over to my post office and delivered but it's still a hell of a lot faster than my other recent orders.

Seeing that made me think of your order.  I hope you have already received it, but if not I think you might want to disregard my prior post and open a ticket with them on their Discord channel if your order still isn't showing any movement after five days.

 
Placed my first order with Labratech on Monday and it arrived today (Saturday)... it did sit for a couple days but not a big deal. Everything was as expected!

Hey man! My order's currently on the move!  I live in CO, and it was last seen leaving the denver transport center so I'm praying it arrives tomorrow.  I also jumped the gun and placed one more order seeing how long the last took to ship.  I've pushed back my departure to this coming saturday, and I'm hoping this new shipment comes through a bit quicker than the last, but it'll be luck of the draw at this point.  Any information you could give me about their cleaning solution would be greatly appreciated!  I'm extremely excited now that it's showing progress and is moving through the system quickly.  Any delay it seems has been on USPS' part, not Labra.Tech's so I'm still fairly confident they are doing all they can to provide a solid product to their customers.

 
@therealstopsign Heya!  The "cleaning solution" is dosed at 10 mg per ml and the dropper is marked so you can dose more accurately.  If you haven't used it or anything similar on a regular basis be sure to start low in the 1 or 2 mg range.  I don't find it to be incredibly sedating so it's easy to underestimate the effects and fall into the compulsive redosing trap.  The solution that I received today seems to be dosed appropriately.  

Also, be aware that they always ship in the same size bottle even though they sell in five ML increments so the bottle may not be completely full depending upon how much you ordered.

Thank you, I got 1 bottle and was confused, but I have lab equipment and tested the volume. Its just under 10mg, and it seems to be working as intended! Thanks for the help! Hoping my next order arrives sooner than the last

 
@therealstopsign I understand the confusion.  I do think that it's cool that they allow people to order in such small quantities though and I imagine this is the most cost-effective way to do it.  Good luck with this and future orders.  It was good chatting with you and great to see that LabraTech is still proving to be a reliable vendor.

Thank you ! Yea their cleaner is.... 100% NOT under-dosed.  I did the math, and 1 drop is equivalent to .25mg for anyone that cares, also do you know if they use a PG solution or ethanol?

It was to be either VG, PG or a combination of the two.  It's a bit sweet, which is to be expected with the prior substances and doesn't make me sick which ethanol would due to a personal allergy.  I did a bit of quick research but didn't come up with anything concrete.

So...

Ive got 4 more packages coming through the mail with them, but here's the thing... I ordered one more bottle, on top of the 100mg I received previously, and I got that email. That third bottle shipped, and I have been keeping an eye on my bank statement, but IT GETS WEIRD.  I used eCheck, so I understand it could take a long time to process to my bank, but I also got a notification saying an order of 3 × 5mL solution had shipped too. I legitimately never ordered the extra three, but no charge has been made to my bank yet, so I'm just confused as hell.

 
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any way get in touch with these guys? When I opened the packaging the postal thing came in and the glass and the nozzle broken off, so there was liquid everywhere. Do you know if they are cool guys and replace or refund me?

 
@Eidolon So, as previously stated (I was intoxicated, it was a bit difficult to follow that post), I ordered one more bottle, that order still says it has not entered the USPS system yet, but I got a second email claiming another package is being shipped to my location.  This is when I'm confused.  I never placed a third order, especially one that large, and I KNOW FOR A FACT I did not place an order through CoinPayments.net, as the note states.  Is it possible I received someone elses order? Also, my bank still has yet to show any charge from labratech. I believe they're accidentally shipping without any form of payment, so... MAKE YOUR ORDERS NOW I GUESS

Hi there!  They do all of their customer services through Discord now.  I don't know if I can't post the links to the appropriate pages or not.  If you go their main page and click on "support" at the top of the page you should be able to figure it out from there.  If not, let me know.

I have only had one damaged jar or quality issue with them and it was many years ago.  I sent them a picture of what arrived in my package and had a new one express mailed to me the next day.  I don't even know if they are the same owners though, so while I help where I can I can't vouch for anyone's good behavior. Hope springs eternal though.  :)

@therealstopsign I can only speak for myself and I'm not the type to judge.  I would say that if I'm now reading it right and you're coming out ahead on this one then it wouldn't hurt to mention it to the vendor.  They were EXTREMELY unlikely to ask for product back or for more money and a little bit of goodwill goes a long way should things actually go wrong at some point.  

In the far distant past, we used to be able to order 2mg bars (normally pressed) overnight delivery and often COD.  They once sent me three times as much as I had ordered and after much internal debate, I decided to let them know.  From that point on all of my orders were bumped to the top of the line and received 50% bonus product.  Those were different times though.

@therealstopsign I wasn't exactly clear headed when I responded to this.  It's almost certainly VG, which is thick and sweet.  PG is much thinner and doesn't really taste like much at all.  Ethanol is extremely unlikely, not cost-effective, and I would normally be able to detect it due to my extreme sensitively to it.

I contacted LabraTech.  They were extremely understanding and even let me keep the extra solution! Just for being an "honest and generous" customer.  They're amazing.
