Language Differences

Just throwing this out there. Sometimes our SY neighbors may not be as versed in English as DBG members.

Well lately I have been trying to make the communication better between north and south by translating my messages to Spanish before I sent an email especially if the message is a long one.

It's very simple. There are many free translators out there, babelfish being one of the oldest and most popular.

Anyway if you're going to have to write a message a few sentences long, I'm sure our SY friends will appreciate be able to understand what you are saying.

And don't worry, their response will be in Inglés(there is your first homework assignment).

So yeah, the one time I ordered from an SY vendor, i started in english and ended up in spanish. I think it is a super good idea, especially if it is an unusual order, as mine was. I was asking for a quantity not listed. But, that was a loooong time ago. Excellent idea for a thread. I think people just assume that all Mexicans speak english. <weg>
