Very glad I found this forum. Been a very long time doing this on my own, and it's pretty tough when you are out of something and there is no one to turn to. After reading several threads, I understand I suffered needlessly by running out again and again. Could have cost me my career one time last fall. Just wanted to say thank you for all the information out there. Look forward to meeting and chatting with you all. And I will contribute what I can to this forum. So glad I found a new home.
